Abstract
In the implementation of the new curriculum, art education has been marginalized. For this purpose, scientific activities must be planned which the person tries to change the unfavorable situation to a relatively favorable situation (action research). The aim of this study is the investigation of the challenges elementary classroom teachers face when implementing the new arts education curriculum and explanation of the concept of action research in integration of arts in elementary schools to implement the new art education programs. The method of study was integrated and based on action research. By using various arts (integration of art) and improving the conditions for its implementation (action research) it became clear that students are interested in changing the artistic program for its pivotality. Satisfactory results were also generated in the field of education and learning.Implementing of new curriculum program based on the integration of art will increase the participation.

Abstract
The-present study investigates the"phenomenology of-evaluating learning outcomes".In-terms of-purpose, application and-method of-conducting qualitative research is of-phenomenological type.The-research population includes all the-professors in the field of-education from the-universities in-Tehran.Using snowball sampling and-continuous comparison of-data until theoretical saturation,10of them were interviewed with-semi-structured interview.Its subject area was in-the-field of-educational sciences.The-method of-data gathering includes field studies,library studies,and-semi-structured interviews.In-order to-ensure the-reliability of-the-research data,the-methods of-triangulation of-data sources,repeated studies,continuous adaptation of-data,summarization,classification of-information and-review of-the interviews by-the-interviewee professors and-also by-the-main supervisors and-advisors were used.In-order to-evaluate the-validity of-the-data obtained by-purposive sampling method from the-opinions of-36-professors of-other universities in-Tehran who have expertise in-this subject were used to-achieve theoretical saturation.The-data of-this study were analyzed using the-seven-step model of-Wan Manen and- Finally,5-structures(nature of-evaluation,evaluator(teacher),nature of-learning outcomes,evaluated(student)and-nature of-curriculum),17-dimensions,87-categories and-320-indicators of-phenomenology of-evaluating learning outcomes in-the-format of-a model were identified.The-Findings show that the-evaluation of-learning outcomes is surrounded by-5-mentioned structures;and-the-obtained structures,dimensions and-indicators are related to-each other and-all of-them contribute to-the-measurement of-learning outcomes and-have the-same value.

Abstract
The purpose of this article was to investigate the possibilities of Musical Inquiry for use in P4C.the questions are:what is Musical Inquiry? What facilities does it provide for Music Education?the methodology is descriptive-analytical.the article uses the components of musical knowledge to design three methods of musical inquiry.the method of data acquisition was library research;study of classical music styles from1900to1950 and after1950.stimulies:two works by Cage,a work by Debussy,a work by Penderesky. Musical inquiry is a method to equip students with linguistic-cognitive abilities, with a combination of technical analysis and aesthetical experiences. Learning music by Inquiry, teaches the students how music acts as a social phenomenon;it provides them with the tools and concepts of musical terminology to give them the skill and power to talk about musical works. Activities with a combination of Social and Musical Inquiry are suggested to systematize historical concepts in the mind and increase student’s abilities to composing or arrangement.

Abstract
To create a learner-centered learning environment, teacher and students must add new dimensions to their traditional roles. This research was conducted qualitatively and with thematic analysis approach. To achieve the set goal, a structured interview was conducted with curriculum experts. The samples were selected in a purposeful manner based on specific criteria. Data analysis started from the first interview with MaxQDA software and coding was done after each interview. The data were analyzed by inductive thematic analysis. Finally, the findings from the interviews were compiled in the categories of basic, organizing and inclusive themes. Lincoln and Guba’s four criteria were used to increase scientific accuracy. The results of the research showed that the qualitative model of Layered Curriculum after validation with Fuzzy Delphi method has the dimensions of Design, Goal, Content, Method, Student, Learning Environment, Learning Tasks, Teacher and Evaluation.

Abstract
Abstract The main purpose of the study is to design a valid model for the problem-oriented curriculum in elementary mathematics. The research approach is quantitative. In designing the model, which was done by structural-interpretive modeling method, 19 specialists of curriculum planning and mathematical education of Arak city participated. To determine the validity, with the method of partial least squares, the designed model in the form of a researcher-made questionnaire was provided to 355 specialists by random sampling method. By identifying the components of objectives in three levels of cognition, attitude, skill and curriculum content, method and evaluation of the problem-oriented curriculum model were designed and validated.. Findings showed that the characteristics of objectives in level "cognitive" and "attitude" are considered as the underlying components of the problem-oriented curriculum model in mathematics and affect the characteristics of objectives at the skill level. Skills characteristics also affect curriculum content characteristics, method, and evaluation.
