Abstract
The conceptions, practices and efforts of some education systems in ten countries and four continents of the world, in area of national curriculum, have been reviewed and analyzed in this inquiry to represent a brief look of their experiences and obtain some guidelines for delineating and developing national curriculum. The methodology in this inquiry has been descriptive and analytical research with emphasis on the qualitative dimension of inquiry. The selection of educational systems as inquiry sample has been purposeful. Data gathering from the countries has been done through the six components of the inquiry which are the main criteria in reviewing, assessing and delineating national curriculum practices and conceptions in these education systems. They are as below: 1- goals and other curriculum main elements; 2- conceptions and theorization; 3- necessities, preconditions and foregrounds; 4-structural and implementation characteristics; 5- attention to school based curriculum development; and 6-interest to the field of curriculum orientations.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the type and extent of the curriculum commonplaces in the curriculum committee of selected universities in Iran using a qualitative research approach, it was a content analysis method. The statistical population of the study consisted of all curriculum development and subject matter specialists in university curriculum committees, out of which 21 were selected using purposeful sampling and "saturation criterion" and they were semi-structured interviews. Free categorization and coding were used to analyze the data obtained from the interviews. The findings showed that the type and curriculum commonplaces influencers in the curriculum committees were classified into three main categories: 1-Ageism and resistance to curriculum-policy-making, rent-seeking, and financial incentives to select members; 2- Minor contribution participation of curriculum specialists in curriculum development decision making; 3- Poor participation of employers and students in review curricula or creating new disciplines.

Abstract
The main purpose of the present study is to develop a practical guide to the integrated curriculum of the third grade of elementary school. The research approach was qualitative (qualitative content analysis method) and the research community was all third grade elementary textbooks and teacher teaching guides of each book. The theme-based integrated curriculum approach (concept-based and skill-based) was chosen. Concepts and skills were extracted from the textbooks and the objectives of each lesson were extracted from the teacher's teaching guides and coded at the same time. Codes that had a common theme were placed in one category and formed the combined themes of the curriculum. 192 initial codes were obtained. After classification, 106categories were obtained and finally, 14 combined themes were formed.
