fa واکاوی محدودیت های مشارکت والدین در مدارس متوسطه: مطالعه ای با رویکرد پدیدارشناسانه بررسی چالش های نظام برنامه ریزی درسی کشور و ارائۀ راهکارهای مناسب برای بهبود آن پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: rtl;"><strong>چکیده:</strong> تقویت فرهنگ مشارکت والدین در فرایندهای مدیریتی و تربیتی مدارس، از نشانه‌های نظام آموزشی کارآمد به‌شمار می‌رود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی محدودیت‌های مشارکت والدین در مدارس متوسطه انجام گرفته است. داده‌ها با استفاده از فن مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختارمند با 18 نفر از والدین، مدیران ، معلمان&nbsp; و دانش‌آموزان در سطح 3 مدرسه از منطقه 6 تهران گردآوری شده و بر اساس راهبرد کُلایزی تحلیل و مقوله بندی شده است. راهبرد های اعتباربخشی به داده ها با استفاده از روش&shy;های ممیزی بیرونی ، چند سویه سازی، بازبینی اعضاء&nbsp; و درگیری طولانی مدت&nbsp; پژوهشگر در جریان مصاحبه انجام شده است. بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، محدودیت&shy;های مشارکت والدین/‌ مدرسه را می<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>توان در 3 مقوله کلی شامل عوامل مرتبط با مدرسه، عوامل مرتبط با والدین و عوامل مرتبط با نوجوانان معرفی نمود.<br> &nbsp;</p> The aim of this study was to examine the restrictions of parental involvement in secondary schools. The research approach was qualitative and phenomenological. The instrument for data collection was a semi-structured interview and research data was gathered &nbsp;from 6 parent, 5 teachers, 3 principal and 4 students in three schools in Tehran 6th district<span dir="RTL">.</span> The content of the living experiences of those groups was analyzed according to Colaizzi pattern. The research results showed the restrictions of parental involvement in 3 Emergent Theme and 7 Theme Clusters including, school related factors &nbsp;such as, Lack of Teacher and principals Preparation, Teachers Preconceptions about Parental Culpability, Home-School Scheduling Conflicts and Cultural difference between school / home.
