fa تجارب زیسته سرباز ‌معلمان از کار در مدارس ابتدایی روستایی کمک به تولید دانش بومی در حوزه برنامه درسی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این پژوهش با هدف توصیف تجارب زیسته سرباز ‌‌معلمان از کار در مدارس ابتدایی روستایی انجام شد. مطالعه حاضر در سال تحصیلی &nbsp;97-1396 با</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">رویکرد کیفی،</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">از نوع پدیدار شناسانه روان&shy;شناختی، با نمونه&shy;گیری هدف‌مند و</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">با مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختار یافته با 12 نفر از سرباز معلمان شاغل در مناطق آموزش و پرورش هشترود و نظرکهریزی انجام گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل متن مصاحبه‌ها به صورت دستی و با استفاده از الگوی کلایزی انجام شد. راهبرد&shy;های اعتباربخشی به داده&shy;ها با استفاده از روش</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&shy;</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">های ممیزی بیرونی ، چند سویه سازی، بازبینی اعضاء&nbsp; و درگیری طولانی مدت&nbsp; پژوهشگر در جریان مصاحبه انجام شده است.</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها‌ی حاصل از مصاحبه‌ها در چهار مرحله و با خوشه&shy;های معنای</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ی </span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">اصلی&quot;انگیزه&quot;، &quot; چالش&shy;های آموزشی&quot; ، &quot;منزلت و شأن معلمی&quot;، &quot;مسائل حرفه&shy;ای&quot; و&quot;ابهام&quot; و چندین خوشه معنایی فرعی استخراج شد. پیشنهاد می&shy;شود</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> با تدارک سازوکار قانونی</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">، سرباز معلمان اجازه شرکت در آزمون استخدامی ماده 28 آموزش و پرورش را داشته باشند. در صورت قبولی و&nbsp; موفقیت در گذراندن دوره یکساله مهارت&shy;ها و صلاحیت&shy;های معلمی، از آن&shy;ها در آموزش و پرورش استفاده شود.</span></span></strong><br> &nbsp;</div> The present study aims to describe the lived experiences in teachers&rsquo; soldier about to work in rural primary schools. The study conducted in the academic year of 2017-2018 with qualitative approach and psychological phenomenological type, with purposeful sampling and in-depth semi-structured interview with twelve teacher s soldier that working in Hashtrood and Nazar Kahrizi education area. The analysis of date&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;carried out with Colaizzi model. For truthworth to this study, we uses of member checking, external audit, Triangulation and Prolonged Engagement methods. The findings of the interviews were extracted in four Emergent Theme inclusive &quot;motivation&quot;, &quot;educational challenges&quot;, &quot;teacher dignity&quot;, &quot;professional issues&quot; and &quot;ambiguity&quot; and several Theme Clusters. Finally, recommended that the teacher s soldier be allowed to participate in the education recruitment exam through section 28 by providing a legal mechanism.
