Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of sixth grade curriculum in encouraging students to study. Qualitative research method is in the form of analyzing qualitative content and basic theory as process, not as a product. The population of the study was all sixth grade elementary school textbooks in 2012-2013 and sixth grade elementary school teachers in Karaj. The informants were 9 textbooks by census method and 19 teachers from the sixth grade by purposeful sampling and observing theoretical saturation. The research tool is a semi-structured content analysis checklist and interview. The findings suggest that sixth-grade textbooks encourage students to directly and indirectly study. There are concepts in the textbook that asks students to study and collect information from a variety of sources. Teachers sometimes encourage students to study but they do not consider the process. Varied resources and materials that encourage students to study in elementary schools.

Abstract

Over the past century, the role of school counselors in helping students and improving the school's psychosocial climate has grown to reflect the changing face of society, student needs, and responding to social demands.The purpose of this research was codification and validation of national school counseling standards based on evolutionary documents that the qualitative method of theme analysis and integration has been used. alignment of evolutionary documents and counselling on human development is prominent.The school counseling standards based on 10 criteria; School counseling standards based on 10 criteria; Compiled by experts, their validity and content validity based on expert validity were confirmed (consisting of three groups and 25 people) and their validity and content validity based on expert validity(CVR=.76).National School counseling standards help school counselors plan and develop their action and program.They also cover all aspects of school counseling and, in addition to their academic, personal / social and career competencies, also focus on the students' spiritual development. According to the research findings, school counseling in Iran has the possibility of maximum development and growth due to its descriptive position in evolutionary documents and the need for the presence of transformational counselors in all schools.This development requires the legal, scientific, and executive commitment and loyalty of policymakers, leaders, and executors.

Abstract

The purpose of the current research was to evaluate primary school teachers based on the TPACK model in virtual education. The quantitative research method was descriptive-survey type. The research population was elementary school teachers of district 13 of Tehran, 253 of whom participated in the research by random sampling method. A questionnaire was used to collect data in the quantitative part. The results showed that the pedagogic knowledge of primary school teachers in virtual education of science courses is almost average. The content knowledge of elementary school teachers in virtual education of science courses is at a favorable level. Knowledge of technology, knowledge of technology pedagogy, knowledge of technology of curriculum content, knowledge of content pedagogy, and technological knowledge of pedagogical and content of elementary school teachers in virtual education of science courses is lower than average. The results of prioritizing the components of the TPACK model also showed that the most important factors are knowledge of curriculum content and knowledge of pedagogy, followed by knowledge of content technology, knowledge of technology pedagogy, knowledge of content pedagogy, technological knowledge of content pedagogy, and knowledge of technology, respectively. have in general, it can be concluded that the situation of elementary school teachers based on TPACK model in virtual education in science course is not suitable and is lower than average.

Abstract

The current research was started with the aim of " Investigation the elements of the new ecosystem curriculum of Narcotics Anonymous (NA) and its quiddity". The approach of this research was a qualitative phenomenological type. The environment and the informants of the research included all the groups of the Narcotics Anonymous Association of Razavi Khorasan province and 14 knowledgeable and experienced guides of the NA groups in different cities of the province. The selection of informants was done through the snowball method, and the research tool was semi-structured in-depth interviews. The findings of the research include 9 elements: 1- The goal includes: a) conveying the message and b) teaching lifestyle; 2- Content including: a) written content based on global experiences and b) oral content based on members' experiences; 3- Learning activities including the function of the twelve steps; 4- Teaching and learning strategies include three categories: a) based on the quiddity of the teaching-learning method, b) based on the method of implementation and c) based on the number of learners; 5- The place have the following quiddity: a) not harassing for others and neighbors, b) not personality of the place, c) lack of organizational and group affiliation in choosing the place, t) independent renting of the place based on the 7th tradition and 3) public and general benefit of the place; 6- The time have the following quiddity: a) Writing in the group charter and b) flexibility based on the conditions of the members; 7- Grouping of members based on: a) the person's position in the step meetings, b) the quiddity of the meeting and c) membership history; 8- Materials and resources include four categories: a) educational tools, b) multimedia, c) hospitality and welfare facilities and d) written resources; 9- Evaluation in two formats: a) personal balance sheet and b) group balance sheet, was in NA curriculum. The results of the research indicated an integrated interdisciplinary curriculum in the fields of curriculum and psychology in the ecosystem of the Narcotics Anonymous, and practical suggestions were presented based on the principles of curriculum design and development for its improvement and modification.
