fa تبیین و بررسی نقش فرهنگ و کارکرد داده ها بر روی ذهن انسان (با رویکرد شناخت‌شناسی بر مبنای اندیشه‌های کارل پوپر) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">زمینه و هدف</span></span></span></strong>: <span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مسائل دنیای معاصر با توجه به رشد روز افزون ابزارها و تکنولوژی‌ها در زمینه های مختلف روز به روز پیچیده تر می</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">&lrm;</span></span><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">شود. این میزان پیچیدگی و همچنین دسترسی سریع و راحت به اطلاعات که به نوعی به بمباران اطلاعات شناخته می شود، روی ذهن بشر تاثیرات فراوانی می‌گذارد. این اثرات باید شناخته شود تا بتوان از عوامل مخرب آن جلوگیری کرد. مساله شناخت که بشر در تمام طول حیات با آن مواجه بوده در این دوران وارد فاز های پیچیده‌تری خواهد شد. پدید آمدن مراجع اقتدار جدید و متنوع عملا مساله شناخت و آگاهی بخشی برای اذهان عمومی جامعه را مورد تهدیدات زیادی قرار داده است. این پژوهش قصد دارد تا بر مبنای تفکرات کارل ریموند پوپر در حوزه شناخت‌شناسی و معرفت‌شناسی به بررسی مساله مواجهه با حقیقت بپردازد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر آگاهی‌های انسان بر مبنای تفکرات پوپر می‌باشد. پرسش اصلی این پژوهش عبارتست از اینکه آیا در دنیای امروز با توجه به ارتباطات گسترده و داده های فراوان، ذهن انسان از عملکرد بهتری برای مواجه و حل مسائل پیش رو برخوردار است؟</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش پژوهش</span></span></span></strong>: <span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این تحقیق از نوع کیفی است. از نظر هدف می توان این تحقیق را همزمان اکتشافی و تبیینی دانست. مبانی نظری پژوهش بر مبنای تفکرات پوپر شکل می‌گیرد که معتقد است دانسته‌ها و آگاهی‌ها به طور مداوم باید مورد آزمایش قرار گیرند. فرضیه مطرح شده این است که با وجود تمامی امکاناتی که برای بشر از جهت دسترسی به اطلاعات وجود دارد اما همچنان بشر دچار خطاهای اساسی در خصوص شناخت مسائل و تصمیم گیری‌ها می شود</span></span></span><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">. </span></span></span><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span></span></strong>: <span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که با وجود گردش آزاد اطلاعات و دسترسی راحت به منابع داده‌ها اما همچنان انسان از اتخاذ تصمیمات غلط و دادن پاسخ های اشتباه به بنیادی ترین مسائل رنج می‌برد. </span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></span></strong>: <span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">درخصوص حل بسیاری از مسائل هنوز هم حتی با وجود تصمیم گیری‌های جمعی در سطوح بالای تصمیم‌سازی، راهکارهای غلطی مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد که پس از ارزیابی های مجدد میزان بالای اشتباهات باعث تعجب خود تصمیم سازان خواهد شد. </span></span></span> <strong>Background and Aim</strong>: The issues of the contemporary world are becoming more and more complex in the light of the ever-increasing growth of tools and technologies in various areas of nowadays. This complexity, as well as the quick and easy access to information that somehow is known as bombing information, has a great impact on human mind. These effects must be known in order to prevent its destructive factors. The problem of knowing that humanity faces throughout its life will enter into more complex phases during this period. The emergence of new and diverse authorities poses a major threat to awareness. The study aims to examine the issue of confrontation with truth based on Karl Raymond Popper&#39;s ideas in the field of epistemology and epistemology. The main question of this research is whether the human mind is better able to face and solve problems in today&#39;s world due to extensive communications and abundant data?<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This research is qualitative. In terms of purpose, this research can be considered exploratory and exploratory at the same time. Theoretical foundations of research are based on Popper&#39;s thinking that beliefs and knowledge must be constantly tested.
