fa اولویت‌سنجی و بررسی جهت تأثیر و تأثر مؤلفه‌های مهارت‌های سواد اطلاعاتی بر اساس تکنیک‌های تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره و ‌ مقایسه‌ای زوجی Prioritization and Investigation of the Direction of Influence and Suscep-tibility of Components of "Information Literacy Skills" Based on Tech-niques of "Multi-criteria Decision-making" and "Paired Comparisons" تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر وزن‌دهی، تعیین اولویت و بررسی جهت تأثیرگذاری و تأثیرپذیری مؤلفه‌های مهارت‌های سواد اطلاعاتی، با مدنظر قرار دادن اهمیت بافت اطلاعاتی جامعه، در آموزش این مهارت‌ها، در جهت رفع خلأهای مهارتی و ارتقاء مهارت‌های سواد اطلاعاتی جامعه است. روش:  پژوهش از نوع کاربردی است و با رویکردی کمی با استفاده از روش‌های تصمیم‌گیری چند معیاره بر اساس تکنیک‌ مقایسه‌ای زوجی دیمتل دالالا، با استفاده از نرم‌افزار متلب انجام شده است. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از ماتریس دیمتل ضمن بررسی تأثیر و تأثر مؤلفه‌های مهارت‌های سواد اطلاعاتی بر یکدیگر و سنجش وزن آن‌ها؛ اولویت آموزش مؤلفه‌ها را در جهت ارتقاء و رفع خلأهای مهارت‌های سواد اطلاعاتی، به‌ این‌ ترتیب نشان داد: «مهارت‌های دسترسی به اطلاعات»، «مهارت‌های ارزیابی اطلاعات»، «مهارت‌های استفاده از اطلاعات»، «مهارت‌های اشاعه اطلاعات»، «مهارت‌های درک و تشخیص نیاز اطلاعاتی» و «مهارت‌های ترکیب اطلاعات». نتیجه‌گیری: بهره‌گیری از تکنیک‌های مقایسه‌ای زوجی به‌عنوان یک رویکرد نوین در حوزه مطالعات سواد اطلاعاتی، می‌تواند در تصمیم‌گیری‌های آموزش مهارت‌های سواد اطلاعاتی در بافت‌های مختلف اطلاعاتی سودمند واقع شود. وزن‌دهی و بررسی تأثیر و تأثر مؤلفه‌های مهارت‌های سواد اطلاعاتی بر یکدیگر، نشان داد که مؤلفه‌هایی که در اولویت‌های اول قرار گرفته‌اند، با داشتن وزن نسبی بیشتر نسبت به مؤلفه‌های بعدی، از حیث میزان نیاز به آموزش و ارتقاء، حائز اهمیت بیشتری هستند. اطلاع تصمیم‌گیرندگان از میزان اثرگذاری مؤلفه‌ها بر یکدیگر، نقش قابل‌توجهی در تصمیم‌سازی و اتخاذ روندهای مناسب در آموزش مهارت‌های سواد اطلاعاتی بر اساس درجه اهمیت و اولویت مهارت‌ها دارد و می‌تواند راهنمایی برای سیاست‌گذاران، مدرسان و پژوهشگران این حوزه باشد.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Purpose: The study aims to weight, determine the priority, and investigate the direction of influencing and susceptibility of the components of "information literacy skills" by considering the importance of the information context of the community in training these skills in order to eliminate their gaps and promote the "information literacy skills" of the community. Methodology: This is an applied quantitative study, using "multi-criteria decision-making" methods based on techniques of "Paired Comparisons" through Dalala Dematel - by applying MATLAB software. Findings: The results of Dematel matrix investigated the influence and susceptibility of "information literacy skills" and measured their weights. Moreover, results showed the priority of training of components to improve and eradicate the gaps of the "information literacy skills" respectively as follows: "Information access skills," "information assessment skills," "information use skills," "information dissemination skills," "Skills of understanding and recognizing the information need," and "information combination skills." Conclusion: Using "paired comparisons" techniques as a new approach in the field of "information literacy studies" could be beneficial in deciding to train "information literacy skills" in different information contexts.
