چکیده:   (5144 مشاهده)
هدف اصلی این مطالعه، بررسی اثرات سرمایه فیزیکی، سرمایه انسانی و سرمایه اجتماعی در کنار دیگر عوامل موثر بر سطح کارآفرینی فعالان اقتصادی شهرک صنعتی شهید سلیمی تبریز می باشد. برای این منظور بر اساس پرسش نامه، اطلاعات مورد نیاز از نمونه 121 نفری صاحبان بنگاه های مستقر در شهرک صنعتی شهید سلیمی تبریز در پاییز سال 1395 جمع آوری شده است. سپس با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری  و مدل لاجیت رتبه ای  مدل اقتصادسنجی تصریح و تخمین زده شد. نتایج حاصل از برآورد مدل نشان می دهد که سرمایه انسانی (سطح تجربه) و سرمایه اجتماعی تأثیر مثبت و معنی دار و متغیرهای سرمایه انسانی (سطح تحصیلات) و سرمایه فیزیکی تأثیر منفی و معنی دار بر سطح کارآفرینی افراد داشته است. همچنین متغیرهای نگرش به کارآفرینی، باور به خودکارآمدی و منفعت انتظاری نیز دارای تأثیر مثبت و معنی¬دار بر سطح کارآفرینی افراد بوده است.
