اندازه‌گیری شاخص نابرابری چندبعدی به تفکیک مناطق شهری و روستایی ایران طی دوره 1397-1363

هدف محوری این مقاله اندازه‌گیری شاخص نابرابری چندبعدی است. برای تحقق هدف مذکور و پاسخ به این سوال که نابرابری چه روندی را در طول دوره مورد مطالعه طی کرده است با استفاده از داده های طرح هزینه-درآمد خانوار مرکز آمار ایران و همچنین با استفاده از شاخص بورگنیان، نابرابری به صورت چند بعدی برای دوره زمانی 1397-1363  اندازه گیری شد . علاوه بر این لازم به ذکر است در این تحقیق در ابتدا مخارج خانوار بر اساس ترکیب سنی و تعداد اعضای خانوار با محاسبه مقیاس معادل مورد تعدیل قرار گرفت که این تعدیل با تخمین سهم مخارج گروه‌های مختلف کالایی با در نظر گرفتن شکل تابعی آن در سیستم تقاضای تقریباَ ایده آل درجه دوم میسر گردید. سپس با استفاده از تکنیک‌های داده کاوی و مولفه های اصلی نسبت به محاسبه وزن ابعاد مورد مطالعه در تحلیل (درآمد، آموزش و سلامت) اقدام شد و در ضمن به هنگام اندازه گیری نابرابری، درجه اجتناب از نابرابری در قالب دو سناریو صفر و یک مورد توجه قرار گرفت. نتایج این تحقیق دلالت بر آن دارد که اندازه نابرابری چندبعدی به ازای مقدار صفر برای هر دو پارامتر اجتناب از نابرابری و پارامتر جانشینی بر اساس شاخص بورگنیان  بین مقادیر 28/0 و 41/0 در مناطق شهری و بین مقادیر 26/0 و 41/0 در مناطق روستایی است. همچنین بازه مقادیر محاسبه شده و نوسانات شاخص بورگنیان و ضریب جینی درآمدی محاسبه شده توسط مراکز رسمی آمار نیز الزاماً مشابه و همسو نبوده است. یافته های این تحقیق نشان داد که اندازه نابرابری چند بعدی در مناطق روستایی نسبت به مناطق شهری در اکثر سال‌های مورد مطالعه کمتر است و البته مشابهت تقریبی بین روند آن در مناطق شهری و روستایی وجود دارد. نابرابری در دهه 80 نسبت به سایر دوره‌ها (علیرغم میزان درآمد بیشتر نفتی نسبت به دوره‌های قبل و بعد از آن و واگذاری بیشتر سهام دولتی نسبت به دوره‌های قبل از آن) مقادیر بیشتری به خود اختصاص داده است و در ابتدای سال‌های دهه 90 کاهش نسبی و سپس مجدداَ افزایش یافته است. در نهایت یافته‌های تحقیق نشان از عدم موفقیت در اهداف برابری خواهانه برنامه‌های توسعه دارد.
