fa ارزیابی کارایی سیگنال‌های انتخاب رشته تحصیلی از منظر نیازهای بازار کار رشد و توسعه و سیاست های کلان رشد و توسعه و سیاست های کلان كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;">با توجه به شکل‌گیری پدیده‌ی نامطلوب بیکاری فارغ‌التحصیلان و آثار منفی آن، پرداختن به موضوع چگونگی انتخاب رشته&nbsp;تحصیلی از اهمیت ویژ‌ه‌ای برخوردار است. سؤال اساسی پژوهش این است که آیا سیگنال‌های موجود انتخاب رشته در هدایت افراد متناسب با نیازهای بازار کار، کارا بوده‌اند؟ روش این پژوهش، توصیفی- تحلیلی؛ و به صورت ترکیبی از مطالعات اسنادی، تحلیل کیفی آمار (آمار توصیفی) و آمار تحلیلی (اقتصاد سنجی مقطعی) بوده است. یافته‌های این مطالعه که با استفاده از داده‌های سال‌های (1397-1385) &nbsp;و با کنترل استان و نوع دانشگاه انجام شده است، نشان می‌دهد در انتخاب رشتهی داوطلبان، توجهی به نرخ بیکاری آن رشته نمی‌شود. بی‌معنا شدن ضریب نرخ بیکاری در مدل فوق، تاییدی بر این فرضیه است که نرخ بیکاری رشته (متغیر مستقل اصلی)، توضیح‌دهنده نرخ ثبت‌نام در آن رشته (متغیر وابسته) نیست. لذا نرخ بیکاری رشته در هیچکدام از رشته‌های 6 گانه، در هیچ نوع از دانشگاه‌ها و هیچکدام از استان‌ها، تاثیری معناداری بر نرخ انتخاب آن رشته ندارد. معضلی که طبق پیشینه نظری و تجربی پژوهش در بسیاری از کشورهای دیگر نیز باشدت و ضعف وجود داشته و برای آن راهکارهایی را دنبال کرده‌اند. <div dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"></div></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Due to the undesirable phenomenon of graduate unemployment and its negative effects, Addressing the issue of how to major choice is of particular importance. The main question of the research is whether the existing signals of choosing a field have been effective in guiding people in accordance with the needs of the labor market? The method of this research is descriptive-analytical; It has been a combination of documentary studies, qualitative statistical analysis (descriptive statistics) and analytical statistics (cross-sectional econometrics). The findings of this study, which was conducted using the data of the years (2006-2018) and controlled by the province and the type of university, show in major choice of volunteers, no attention is paid to the unemployment rate of that field. The non-significance of the unemployment rate coefficient in the above model confirms the hypothesis that the unemployment rate of the field (main independent variable) does not explain the registration rate in that field (dependent variable), Therefore, the unemployment rate of the field in any of the six fields, in any type of universities and in any of the provinces, has no significant effect on the rate of major choice.
