fa نقش چرخه‌های ‌ایدئولوژی و تغییرات گفتمانی دوره قاجار در شکل‌گیری محله لاله‌زار فردوسی شهر تهران جغرافیا و برنامه ریزی شهری Geography and Urban Planning پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تأثیر چرخه‌های ایدئولوژی و تغییرات گفتمان‌های سیاسی بر شکل‌گیری و تحول فضایی محله لاله‌زار &ndash; فردوسی شهر تهران در دوره پیشامشروطه و مشروطه می‌پردازد. هدف اصلی تحقیق، شناخت زمینه‌ها و فرایندهای اثرگذار گفتمان‌های سنتی و مدرن بر سازمان فضایی و کالبدی این محله است. پژوهش از نظر ماهیت کیفی و اکتشافی بوده و با رویکرد تاریخی &ndash; تحلیلی و بهره‌گیری از روش اسنادی و راهبرد پس‌رویدادی انجام شده است. داده‌ها از طریق اسناد تاریخی، نقشه‌ها، گزارش‌های رسمی و منابع مکتوب گردآوری شده و با رویکرد تحلیل گفتمان فضایی تفسیر شده‌اند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که شکل‌گیری محله لاله‌زار &ndash; فردوسی در دوره قاجار حاصل برهم‌کنش دو گفتمان مسلط سنتی (دوره پیشامشروطه) و گفتمان مدرن نوسازی (دوره مشروطه) بوده است. نمودهای فضایی گفتمان‌های سیاسی در این محله در قالب استقرار سازه‌ها و نهادهایی چون مطبعه فاروس (گفتمان آزادی بیان)، ایجاد نظمیه و پلیس (گفتمان حاکمیت قانون)، سفارتخانه‌ها و وزارت خارجه (گفتمان روابط دولت &ndash; ملت)، باغ‌شاه، میدان مشق، قورخانه و تلگراف‌خانه (گفتمان قدرت و تفکیک قوا) و همچنین تأسیس بانک شاهی، پست و تلگراف، تماشاخانه، سینماگراف، پارک و خیابان‌سازی مدرن و استفاده از چراغ گاز (گفتمان نوسازی) تجلی یافته است. بر این اساس، دو نیروی سنت و نوگرایی به‌طور هم‌زمان و گاه در تقابل با یکدیگر، هسته‌های اولیه زایش کالبدی، کارکردی و سیمای نوین محله لاله‌زار&ndash; فردوسی را پدید آورده‌اند.<br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">This study investigates the impact of ideological cycles and changes in political discourses on the formation and spatial transformation of the Lalehzar&ndash;Ferdowsi neighborhood in Tehran during the pre-Constitutional and Constitutional periods. The main objective is to identify the contexts and processes through which traditional and modern discourses shaped the spatial and physical structure of this neighborhood. The research is qualitative and exploratory in nature and adopts a historical&ndash;analytical approach. Data were collected through documentary sources, including historical documents, maps, official reports, and written records, and were analyzed using a spatial discourse analysis framework. The findings suggest that the emergence and development of the Lalehzar&ndash;Ferdowsi neighborhood during the Qajar period were a result of the interaction between two dominant discourses: the traditional discourse of the pre-Constitutional era and the modern discourse of modernization during the Constitutional period. The spatial manifestations of these political discourses materialized through the establishment of various institutions and structures such as the Fārūs Printing House as a symbol of freedom of expression, the formation of the Nazmiyeh and the police as indicators of the rule of law, embassies and state institutions as expressions of state&ndash;nation relations, and facilities such as the telegraph office, bank, post, park, and modern streets as signs of modernization.
