fa بررسی و تحلیل رضایت سنجی منظر شهری بلوار 45 متری ائل‌گلی شهر تبریز با استفاده از مدل سروکوال جغرافیا و برنامه ریزی شهری Geography and Urban Planning كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;">کیفیت خدمات و کیفیت بصری منظر شهری، نفش مهمی در روند ارزیابی دید بصری و اثر بخشی این خدمات دارد. از این‌رو تحقیق حاضر در پی آن است که بتواند با استفاده از مقیاس و ابزار سروکوال به سنجش کیفیت بصری منظر شهری منطقه ائل‌گلی تبریز در محدوده مورد مطالعه بپردازد. پی بردن به شکاف بین وضع موجود و انتظارات مردم تبریز در بلوار 45 متری ائل‌گلی نسبت به کیفیت بصری منظر شهری، اطلاع از دیدگاه و ترجیحات شهروندان تبریز در مورد کیفیت بصری منظر شهری در بلوار 45 متری ائل‌گلی و پیشینه و زمین‌های برای رفع نقاط ضعف و ارتقاء کیفیت بصری منظر شهری با در نظر گرفتن اولویتها و ترجیحات مردم و فراهم کردن زمینه و اطلاعاتی برای تصمیم‌گیران در راستای بهسازی و طراحی منظر شهری تبریز. روش تحقیق در رساله حاضر عمدتاً توصیفی، تحلیلی،کیفی و میدانی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شهروندان (کسبه، رهگذر، ساکنین) می‌باشد. تعداد کسبه و ساکین به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شده و تعداد رهگذر با مراجعه به محدوده مورد مطالعه در دو روز متوالی حدود 50 نفر در نظر گرفته شده است. متخصصان و کارشناسان (اساتید، دانشجویان) و مدیران اداره سازمان پارک‌ها و شهرداری منطقه 2 در این محدوده می‌باشد، که در کل حدود 310 پرسشنامه توزیع شده است. با استفاده از پرسشنامه، تحلیل کارشناسانه و کتابخانه‌ای به برداشت‌های میدانی در بلوار ائل‌گلی پرداخته شد. برای تحلیل از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> و برای بررسی نرمال بودن توزیع متغییرها از آزمون کلومگروف-اسمیروف و برای مقایسه ابعاد پنجگانه کیفیت خدمات از آزمون آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان دهنده‌ی رضایت نسبی سه گروه مورد مطالعه است و برای افزایش رضایت از منظر شهری بلوار 45 متری ائل‌گلی شهر تبریز پیشنهاداتی در پایان پژوهش ارائه می‌گردد.</div> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;Both visual and service quality of urban landscape play an important role in the process of visual visibility assessment and effectiveness of these services as well. Given the fact that the existence of dead, cold, and soulless spaces in cities is affected by heterogeneity and visual contamination that is free from eye-catching and desirability. Therefore, this research seeks to evaluate the visual quality of the urban landscape of the Eil Goli district of Tabriz through the scale of the SERVQUAL tool. Understand the gap between the current situation and the expectations of Tabriz people on the 45-meter of El-Goli Boulevard towards the visual quality of the urban landscape; to realize the views and preferences of Tabriz citizens regarding the visual quality of urban landscape for the 45-meter El-Goli Boulevard in order to eliminate the weaknesses while improving its visual quality, taking into account the priorities and preferences of the people and to provide informative background for decision makers to improve the urban landscape design of Tabriz. So, data collection is carried out through the various sources in a comparative-analytical manner, using the documents, records and reports. The research statistical society includes citizens, specialists and experts and managers of the Department of Parks and Municipality of District 2 in this area which totally 310 questionnaires used for data collection. A questionnaire, expert analysis and library analysis will be carried out in the field observations for two sides of the El-Goli 45-meter Boulevard. The SPSS software, Klomgroph-Smirouph and One-way ANOVA used for analyses, checking the normal distribution of variables and comparing the five dimensions of service quality respectively. The results of the study indicate the relative satisfaction of the three groups under study.
