چکیده: (2895 مشاهده)
یکی از کاربردی‌ترین زمینه‌های کارآفرینی، ورزش و صنعت ورزش است؛ لذا تربیت کارآفرین متخصص می‌تواند نقش مهمی در پویایی این حوزه داشته باشد. روش پژوهش مطالعه حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و بر اساس مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشگاه‌های استان تهران شامل (دانشگاه تهران، دانشگاه شهید بهشتی، دانشگاه خوارزمی، دانشگاه الزهرا، دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی) در سال تحصیلی 02 -1401 بود که 400نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه های جو دانشگاه (لاسیج و فرانک 2004)، مهارت کارآفرینی (لینان2008) و قصد کارآفرینی (لینان و چن2009) بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که متغیر جو دانشکده‌ها بر متغیرهای قصد و مهارت کارآفرینی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری داشته است همچنین متغیر مهارت کارآفرینی بر متغیر قصد کارآفرینی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری داشته است. جو دانشگاه‌ها می‌تواند بسترساز رشد مهارت‌ها و توانمندی‌های افراد کارآفرینی باشد و این عامل با تأثیری که بر مهارت افراد در زمینه قابلیت‌های کارآفرینی می‌گذارد، قصد کارآفرینی آنان را افزایش می‌دهد.
