چکیده: (5224 مشاهده)
هدف تحقیق، بررسی تأثیر تمرین بینایی و مهارتی بر مهارت‌های بینایی و عملکرد، یادداری و انتقال سرویس کوتاه بک‌هند بدمینتون بود. 20 دانشجوی دختر به‌صورت تصادفی به دو گروه 10 نفری ترکیبی و مهارتی تقسیم شدند. گروه‌ها باتوجه‌به نوع تمریناتشان، تمرینات بینایی و مهارتی سرویس را 6 هفته انجام دادند. قبل و بعد از تمرین، آزمون‌های بینایی و عملکرد، یادداری و انتقال سرویس کوتاه بک‌هند گرفته شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های t و تحلیل واریانس مختلط با سطح معنی‌داری 05/0 استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که گروه‌ها در مهارت‌های بینایی تفاوت معنی‌دار داشتند. گروه ترکیبی در عملکرد، یادداری و انتقال سرویس پیشرفت معنی‌داری داشتند. همچنین بررسی تأثیر تعاملی زمان و نوع تمرینات نشان داد که گروه ترکیبی نسبت به گروه مهارتی پیشرفت بیشتری داشتند. نتایج این تحقیق، اثرات ترکیبی بینایی و ورزشی را بیشتر از تمرینات جداگانه بینایی و ورزشی نشان می‌دهد و باتوجه‌به نتایج تحقیق پیشنهاد می‌شود که تمرینات بینایی به‌عنوان تمرین مکمل در برنامه تمرین‌های ورزشی رشته بدمینتون گنجانده شود.
