چکیده: (2144 مشاهده)
پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل و موانع مؤثر اشتغال پایدار دانشآموختگان علوم ورزشی ایران و در چارچوب رویکرد کیفی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری، خبرگان آگاه به موضوع تحقیق بودند. جمعآوری دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای عمیق و نیمه‌ساختاریافته بود که بعد از 16 مصاحبه به اشباع نظری رسید. برای سنجش اعتبار، انتقال و تأییدپذیری، یافتههای پژوهش به مشارکتکنندگان ارائه و نقطه‌نظرهای آنها اعمال شد. از روش توافق درون موضوعی برای قابلیت اعتماد استفاده گردید که 82/0 گزارش شد. یافتههای مربوط به عوامل مؤثر، بیانگر 68 مفهوم اصلی و 5 مقوله فرعی (مهارتهای اشتغال، برنامه درسی، نیازسنجی، توسعه صنعت ورزش، انگیزشی و حمایتی) و یافتههای مربوط به موانع مؤثر، بیانگر 27 مفهوم اصلی و 5 مقوله فرعی (ساختاری و نهادی، اقتصادی و مالی، قانونی و حقوقی، فناوری و تکنولوژیکی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی) بود؛ لذا، توجه به کیفیت مهارتهای اشتغالپذیری دانشجویان این رشته از جمله مهارتهای فردی، فنی و حرفه‌ای، عمومی و هماهنگی بین سیاستهای آموزش عالی و سایر حوزهها از جمله اشتغال، علم و فناوری و اقتصاد از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار بوده که هدف مذکور در گروی اصلاح سیاستهای اشتغال، توسعه صنعت ورزش، هدفمند نمودن سیاستهای مالی و تجاری حوزه ورزش به سمت توسعه فعالیتهای تخصص بر و همچنین تشویق کارفرمایان به استفاده بیشتر از دانشآموختگان علوم ورزشی است.
