fa تدوین الگوی توسعه گردشگری مسئولانه در مقاصد ورزشی مبتنی بر کوهستان مدیریت ورزشی sport management پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">مقدمه و هدف:</span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"> مقاصد ورزشی کوهستانی به‌دلیل</span></span>&nbsp;<span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">ویژگی‌های خاص</span></span>&nbsp;<span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">طبیعی و فیزیکی، جذابیت‌های زیادی برای گردشگران دارند و یکی از راه‌های کمک به توسعه پایدار در این مناطق، توسعه گردشگری مسئولانه می‌باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تدوین الگوی توسعه گردشگری مسئولانه در مقاصد ورزشی مبتنی بر کوهستان بود.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">روش:</span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"> روش پژوهش، کیفی از نوع داده بنیاد و ابزار، مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل متخصصین حوزه گردشگری ورزشی کوهستان و روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند بود. روایی مصاحبه‌ها از طریق متخصصین و پایایی با روش توافق دو کدگذار (80 درصد) مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. یافته‌های حاصل از 19 مصاحبه از طریق کدگذاری و ارائه مدل در نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">MAXQDA2020</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"> تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"> یافته‌ها نشان داد شرایط علی شامل کمبود مسیرهای هموار و علائم راهنما، فرهنگ گردشگران و جامعه محلی، خصوصی‌سازی و امنیت بود. شرایط زمینه‌ای شامل عدم توجه به ظرفیت برد، زیرساخت‌های اقامتی و حمل‌ونقل نامناسب بود. شرایط مداخله‌گر شامل بی‌ثباتی قیمت‌ها، نبود مدیریت پسماند بود. راهبردها شامل برگزاری رویدادهای ورزشی، تربیت نیروی انسانی متخصص، افزایش تعاملات سازمانی، برنامه‌ریزی مبتنی بر جامعه محلی و پیامدها شامل توسعه اقتصاد منطقه‌ای، رعایت اصول توسعه پایدار و حفظ میراث بود.</span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">نتیجه‌گیری نهایی:</span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black"> پیشنهاد می‌شود رویدادهای ورزشی در مقاصد کوهستانی با محوریت گردشگری مسئولانه برگزار و برنامه‌ریزی مبتنی بر جامعه محلی شامل تربیت و استخدام نیروی انسانی صورت گیرد.</span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span arial="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">A<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="line-height:2;">im</span></span></span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="color:black">: Mountain sports destinations have great attractions for tourists due to their special natural and physical characteristics, and one of the ways to contribute to sustainable development in these areas is the development of responsible tourism. The aim of the present study was to develop a responsible tourism development model in mountain-based sports destinations.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="line-height:2;"><b><span style="color:black">Methods</span></b><span style="color:black">: The research method was qualitative, of a grounded theory type, and the tool used was semi-structured interviews. The research population consisted of experts in the field of mountain sports tourism, and the sampling method was purposeful. The validity of the interviews was confirmed by experts, and reliability was established using the method of agreement between two coders (80%). The findings from 19 interviews were analyzed through coding and model presentation using MAXQDA 2020 software.</span><br> <b><span style="color:black">Result</span></b><span style="color:black">: The findings showed that causal conditions included a lack of smooth pathways and guide signs, tourist culture and local community, privatization, and security. Contextual conditions included neglect of carrying capacity, inadequate accommodation infrastructure, and poor transportation. Intervening conditions included price instability, lack of waste management, and rational policymaking. Strategies included hosting sports events, training specialized personnel, increasing interactions, and community-based planning. Consequences included regional economic development, adhering to sustainable development principles, and preserving cultural and natural heritage.</span><br> <b><span style="color:black">Conclusion</span></b><span style="color:black">: It is suggested that sports events at mountainous tourist destinations be held and planned with a focus on responsible tourism, including community-based training and employment of local personnel.</span></span></span></span> توسعه پایدار, جامعه محلی, کوهستان, محیط زیست, مقاصد ورزشی.
