fa مطالعه فرآیند اسپرماتوژنز در سوسمار آگامای قفقازی (Laudakia caucasia) مقاله استخراج شده از پایان نامه Research Paper چکیده <br>در سوسماران اسپرماتوژنز به عنوان بخش مهمی از روند تولید مثل بطور کلی به دو حالت فصلی و غیرفصلی انجام میگیرد. روش فصلی معمولاً در گونه¬های ساکن نواحی معتدل دیده میشود در حالیکه طریقه غیرفصلی در نمونه¬هایی دیده میشود که در مناطق گرمسیری زیست میکنند. در این تحقیق فعالیت اسپرماتوژنز در گونۀ Laudakia caucasia یا آگامای قفقازی ساکن زاگرس مرکزی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. برای اینکار تعداد 34 نمونه از سوسمار مذکور در دو فصل مختلف سال از محیط زیست طبیعی آنها در شهرستان نورآباد جمع آوری گردیدند. نمونه¬ها سپس کشته شدند و بیضه¬های آنها خارج گردید و بعد از اندازه گیری ابعاد بیضه¬ها، نمونه¬ها برای مطالعه بافت شناسی آماده شدند. نتایج بدست آمده از مطالعات مورفومتریک، هیستومتریک و بافت شناسی نشان داد که فرآیند اسپرماتوژنز در این گونه به صورت فصلی است و طی دو دورۀ فعال و غیرفعال انجام می¬شود. دورۀ فعال که شامل اواخر بهار و اوائل تابستان میگردد زمانی است که سلولهای پیش¬ساز زایا فعالانه درگیر روند تکثیر، نمو و تمایز هستند و در این زمان تمام اشکال تمایزی سلولهای اسپرماتوژنیک در دیوارۀ لوله¬های منی¬ساز دیده میشود. در دورۀ غیرفعال که با اواخر تابستان تا اوائل بهار آینده مطابقت میکند اسپرماتوزوئیدی نیز در لوله¬های منی¬ساز یافت نمیشود چون فعالیت اسپرم زایی در بیضه¬ها متوقف شده است. در عوض در این زمان فعالیتهای ترمیمی در بیضه انجام میگیرد و حیوان خود را برای شروع دوره دیگری از تولید اسپرم در فصل بعدی مهیا می¬نماید. Abstract <br>In lizards spermatogenesis takes place in two different ways: seasonal and non-seasonal. In seasonal type usually found in temperate-climate lizards, the process of spermatogenesis is limited to a defined period of the year, whereas in non-seasonal type observed in tropical-climate lizards this process occurs continuously year-round. In this research the spermatogenesis activity was studied in species of Laudakia caucasia occur in central Zagros Mountains. To fulfill this task, we collected 34 specimens of this species from Norabad, Lorestan province, during two seasons of their biological activity. The specimens were then killed and their testes were removed. After measuring the testis dimensions the specimens were prepared for histological observations. The results obtained from morphometric, histometric as well as histological examinations showed that the spermatogenesis in this taxon is seasonal and contains two phases: active and inactive. The active phase which coincides with late spring to early summer is the period in which cells in seminiferous tubules are actively involved in sperm-making process and all shapes of spermatogenic cells are seen within the tubules. During the inactive phase which begins in late-summer and lasts until the next spring, no spermatozoids is seen in the tubules as the process of spermatogenesis has been ceased.
