Abstract
Background/aim: Many studies were shown the effect of type's recovery on
performance. Active recovery has been reported by some to promote greater
exercise capacity, while others have not confirmed these results. The aim of this
study was to determine the effect of three types of recovery during repeated
high-intensity endurance training on blood buffering capacity and H+
regulation. Design/method; the statistical population of this research was
physical education students studying at Tarbiat Moallem University of Tehran.
Ten students participated in this study. Each individual completed a special
questionnaire to be healthy during the study period. On subsequent days they
performed repeated high-intensity endurance test (RHIET).The RHIET
consist of four bouts about 2; 30 minutes. Recovery periods of 5minutes were
allowed between bouts. RHIET differed in the kind of activity performed during
the recovery periods; Gouging at 63% maximum heart rate, stretching exercises
and lying supine. A sample of 5CC blood artery obtained from each individual
immediately after the last recovery period. Blood sample were sent to the
laboratory for homology test. Their buffering capacity was measured by
assessment of the following parameters: PH, PCO2, BB, HCO3
-, BE, O2-sat.
The ANOVA Repeated-Measures was use to analyze the data by spss16.
Results; Significant differences were shown between the active recovery and
the stretching exercises recovery and between the inactive recovery and the
stretching exercises recovery on PH, BB and between active recovery and the
inactive recovery on O2-sat (P≤0/05). There were no significant differences
between the active, inactive and stretching exercises recovery on HCO3
-, PCO2
and BE (p≤0/05). Conclusion; Therefore, this study has show that the inactive
recovery improve buffering capacity compared to the stretching exercises and
the active recovery. This finding is agreement with research dating Argyris
(2004), DuPont (2004), Buchheit (2009) and in agreement with research dating
Dorado (2004). Nick Draper (2006), De Geus Bas (2007). Alveolar gas
exchange can therefore increase due to slower heart rate and slower breathing
rate. The kidneys removal H+ and reabsorption HCO3
-. The body's metabolism
becomes lower and producing metabolic is decrease. Temp whole body
(muscle, blood) is decrease; oxygen is combined with the hemoglobin strongly.
Hence, PH is increase and buffering capacity is improved.

Abstract
Apoptosis is a programmed cell death and it’s associated with type 2 diabetes. The aim of present study was to investigate the effect of endurance training on caspase-3, Bcl-2 and Bax gene expression of cardiac tissue in type 2 diabetic male wistar rats.In an experimental trial, 36 male wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups, Diabetic Endurance Training (n=12), Diabetic Control (n=12) and Healthy Control (n=12). Type 2 diabetes was induced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ. The endurance training included 10 weeks, 5 sessions per week running at speed of 27 m/min for 20-30min in 1st week and reached to 27 m/min for 60 min/day in 10th weeks. The animals were sacrificed 24 h after last training session and the samples were taken from cardiac tissue. The gene expression of caspase-3, Bcl-2 and Bax were examined by Real time-PCR. The one-way ANOVA was used to analysis the data. The significant level was set at p<0.05. The gene expression of caspase-3and Bax of diabetic control group showed significant increase comparing with healthy control group (p =0.001) while gene expression of Bcl-2 significantly decreased (p =0.001). The endurance training induced significant reduction in the gene expression of caspase-3and Bax (p =0.001) and significant increase in the Bcl-2 compared to diabetic control group (p =0.001). It appears that gene expression of caspase-3, Bcl-2 and Bax of diabetic cardiac tissue are affected by positive effect of endurance training and the endurance training induces improvement in apoptosis of diabetic cardiac tissue.

Abstract
Lactate has been recently considered as a signaling factor involved in metabolism. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of lactate entrance into the brain on endurance training-induced adaptations in lipid oxidation.
24 male rats (age: 8 weeks, weight: 197 ± 21 g) were divided into control (C), trained (T), and traind+4-CIN (T+4-CIN, which experienced the inhibition of lactate entrance into the brain during exercise). All animals performed a single session of acute endurance exercise following their 12-weeks training protocol. Free fatty acids (FFA) and triglyceride content in plasma and adipose tissue and cAMP and Inositol triphosphate (PI3) content in epididymal fat were measured immediately after acute exercise using ELISA and were compared among the groups by one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA).
Acute exercise significantly increased lactate concentration in cerebrospinal fluid (SCF) in both T and T+4-CIN compared to the C group. Lactate concentration was slightly lower in T + 4-CIN compared to the T. Immediately after acute endurance training, a significant decrease of 61 and 31% in plasma triglyceride levels, a significant decrease of 39 and 26% in adipose tissue triglyceride levels, a significant increase of 125 and 56% in plasma FFA levels, a significant increase of 217 and 125% increase in FFA plasma levels, a significant increase of 87 and 41% in adipose tissue cAMP levels, and a significant increase of 90 and 49% in adipose tissue inositol triphosphate levels was observed in the T and T+4-CIN compared to the control group, respectively (all P < 0.01). Plasma triglyceride and adipose tissue levels in the 4-CIN + training group were significantly higher and plasma and adipose tissue FFA levels were significantly lower (all P < 0.05) than the values found in the T group. In conclusion, the results of the present study showed that lactate can be effective on endurance training-induced adaptations in lipid oxidation due to its action in the brain.

Abstract
Introduction: The increase of iron due to aging affects the process of ferroptosis, and the final product of lipid peroxidation, MDA, is the central regulator of ferroptosis. Therefore, the aim of the research was to determine the effect of eight weeks of endurance training on the expression of GPX4 and MDA in the soleus muscle of aged male rats.
Materials and Methods: This study is of an experimental type. 20 healthy rats were divided into two groups of 10 each: training group and control group. The training was done incrementally for eight weeks. 48 hours after the last training session, the soleus muscle of mice was surgically removed and the amount of variables was measured by gene expression and ELISA methods.
Results: There was no significant difference in the level of GPX4 gene expression in the soleus muscle of exercise group rats compared to control group rats (p=0.4079). But the amount of MDA in the training group was significantly reduced compared to the control group (p=0.0028).
Conclusion: According to the findings of the present research, it seems that the effect of endurance training in this research shows a decrease in ferroptosis. The absence of a significant difference in the level of GPX4 gene expression is a sign that endurance training with this intensity does not affect it.

Abstract
Cachexia syndrome and the risk of cardiovascular diseases are highly prevalent in cancer patients. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of endurance training as a therapeutic method on muscle cachexia and cardiovascular consequences caused by breast cancer. After 2 weeks of breast cancer induction, 20 BALB/c mice (age: 6-8 weeks and weight: 17- 18 g) mice performed the maximum aerobic capacity test and were randomly allocated into tumor-control and tumor-exercise groups. The tumor-exercise group performed the endurance Training protocol for 6 weeks, 5 days a week with gradual increase in intensity from 12 to 20 (m.min-1) and duration from 25 to 55 minutes And 24 hours after the last training session, the maximum aerobic capacity test was performed. 48 hours after the last training session, the mice were sacrificed. Heart weight, weight of gastrocnemius and soleus muscle, heart mass index, ratio of weight of soleus muscle to body weight and ratio of weight of gastrocnemius muscle to body weight were measured in tumor-control and tumor-exercise groups. Data were analyzed by independent t-test at the significance level of P≥0.05. The results of the present study showed a significant increase in heart weight (P=0.005), spleen weight (P=0.029), weight of the gastrocnemius muscle (P=0.009) and soleus muscle (P=0.022) in the tumor-exercise group compared to the tumor-control group. Also, significant increase in the heart mass index (P=0.016) and the ratio of the weight of the gastrocnemius muscle to the body weight (P=0.005) and the ratio of the soleus muscle to the body weight (P=0.021) were observed in the tumor-exercise group compared to the tumor-control group. In conclusion,Endurance training seems to be a potential treatment method and strategy to improve the health of the skeletal muscle and cardiovascular system and reduce the process of muscle cachexia caused by breast cancer.

Abstract
Background and aim: The purpose of this study is to examine how eight weeks of general exercises (GEs) combined with cognitive functional therapy (CFT) affect women with chronic non-specific low back pain (CNSLBP) in terms of pain, quality of life (QoL), and muscle endurance.
Methods: 45 women with CNSLBP participated in this study for eight weeks in three groups: GEs, GEs with CFT, and control. Pain, QoL and muscle endurance were evaluated by visual analogue scale (VAS), SF-36 questionnaire, and Biering-Sorensen test, respectively. Mixed-model repeated measure test with repeated measurement design was used for data analysis.
Results: The results revealed a significant difference in the investigated variables between the pre-test and post-test for the intervention groups, but no difference was seen in the control group.
Discussion and final conclusion: The group of GEs combined with CFT distinguished itself significantly from the group of GEs in the comparison of the factors of physical performance, emotional health, and general health from sub-sections of QoL, and also muscular endurance. According to the results, it is recommended that women with CNSLBP use GEs in combination with CFT to reduce pain, improve QoL, and increase muscle endurance.
