fa بررسی درد و اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی در افرادی با سابقه‌ی ابتلا به کووید 19 آسیب شناسی و حرکات اصلاحی آسیب شناسی و حرکات اصلاحی كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">محققین پژوهش حاضر را با </span><span lang="AR-SA">هدف بررسی درد و اختلالات عضلانی مبتلایان به کووید ۱۹ با افرادی که </span><span lang="FA">تجربه </span><span lang="AR-SA">ابتلا نداشتند، انجام دادند. پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و مقایسه&shy;ای بود. نمونه‌ها با استفاده از جی پاور 303 نفر محاسبه گردید که معلمان ورزش از تحقیق خارج شدند. پرسشنامه نوردیک در اختیار کارمندان آموزش ‌و پرورش اردبیل قرار گرفت پس از بررسی، تعداد ۱۸۰ نفر مبتلا به&shy; کرونا در یک سال اخیر شناسایی و تعداد ۱۲۳ نفر با دامنه سنی 30 تا 45 سال عدم ابتلا را گزارش نمودند.</span><span lang="FA"> سپس اختلالات عضلانی اسکلتی</span> <span lang="FA">9 ناحیه بدن در هر دو گروه با استفاده از </span><span lang="AR-SA">آمار توصیفی و آزمون خی دو</span><span lang="FA"> در سطح معناداری 01/0 ارزیابی شد.</span> <span lang="FA">درد عضلانی گروه مبتلا به‌طور معناداری (01/0></span><span dir="LTR">P</span><span lang="FA">) بیشتر از گروه سالم بود و همچنین بر اساس آزمون خی دو میزان کمر و گردن درد به ترتیب با ۵۲% و ۴۵% در افراد مبتلا نسبت به سایر اندام‌ها</span> <span lang="FA">به‌طور معناداری بیشتر بود (01/0></span><span dir="LTR">P</span><span lang="FA">)</span> <span lang="FA">درحالی‌که تفاوت معناداری بین درد و ناراحتی اندام‌های مختلف در گروه عدم ابتلا مشاهده نگردید. بیماران کرونایی ممکن است درد عضلاتی را تجربه نمایند و علت آن در پرسشنامه نوردیک علاوه بر ناهنجاری بدنی و خستگی مفرط عضلانی می‌تواند ناشی از بیماری کرونا باشد؛ بنابراین اخذ سابقه ابتلا به ویروس کووید ۱۹ قبل از استفاده از پرسشنامه نوردیک جهت تصمیمات اصلاحی ضروری است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></strong><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Lotus""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <br> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span arial="" style="font-family:">The researchers conducted the present study with the aim of investigating the pain and muscle disorders of patients with covid-19 with people who have experienced it. The research was applied and comparative. Samples were calculated using G-power of 303 people, and sports teachers were excluded from the research. The Nordic questionnaire was provided to Ardabil education and training employees after the investigation, the number of people with one year of identification and the number of 113 people with the age range of 30 to 45 years reported no reduction. Then, musculoskeletal disorders of 9 body areas in both groups were evaluated using descriptive statistics and chi-square test at a significance level of 0.01. The muscle pain of the affected group was significantly (P<0.01) higher than that of the healthy group, and also based on the chi-square test, the amount of back and neck pain was 52% and 45%, respectively, in affected people compared to other organs. It was more meaningful. (P<0.01) noticed that there was no significant difference between the pain and discomfort of different organs in the non-observed group.
