یکی از چالش‌های اصلی درمان بیماری مزمن، تبعیت بیماران از دستورات درمانی است. هدف این پژوهش تعیین نقش میانجیگرانه تاب‌آوری در رابطه بین در رابطه بین سبک‌های دلبستگی و تبعیّت از درمان در مبتلایان به بیماری مزمن بود. طرح پژوهش، توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت و فشار خون استان گیلان درسال 1399 بود. تعداد 399 نفربه روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از طریق مقیاس دلبستگی کالینز و رید(RAAS)، مقیاس تاب آوری کونر و دیویدسون (CD-RISC) و پرسشنامه تبعیت از درمان مدانلو انجام شد. پردازش داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل مسیر در محیط نرم افزار AMOS-24 و تحلیل بوت‌استراپ در برنامه Macro پریچر و هایز (2008) انجام شد. بین تبعیّت از درمان با تاب‌آوری و سبک دلستگی ایمن و اجتنابی رابطه مستقیم معنی‌دار یافت شد (01/0p<). اما بین تبعیّت از درمان با دلسبستگی دوسوگرا رابطه‌ای مشاهده نشد (05/0p>). برازش مدل میانجی پس از حذف دو مسیر غیرمعنادار بهبود یافت و با آزاد کردن خطای کوواریانس بین دلبستگی دوسوگرا با دلبستگی ایمن و اجتنابی برازش مطلوبی حاصل شد (00/1CFI=،086/0RMSEA=). تحلیل بوت‌استراپ آشکار ساخت تاب‌آوری در رابطۀ بین متغیرهای درونزا و برونزا به‌طورمعنی‌داری میانجیگری می‌کنند. ضریب تعیین مدل نهایی نشان داد تمامی متغیرهای برونزا و میانجی، 21 درصد از تغییرات تبعیت از درمان را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند. تاب‌آوری و الگوی دلبستگی در تبعیت بیماران از پروسیجر درمان دارای اهمیت هستند و پیشنهاد می‌شود در برنامه درمانی مبتلایان به بیماری مزمن مهارت‌ها و راهبردهای مقاومت در برابر استرس بیماری و افزایش ظرفیت مقابله سازگارانه با شرایط تهدید کننده زندگی گنجانده شود.
