Abstract
This studywas done drug dependent people to determine the effectiveness of training on emotion regulation based on the grass process for reducing craving, attention bias. This present research is a semi-pilot plan in which pretest – posttest with the control group has been used .The project statistical society is formed of addicted people who referred to addiction treatment clinic in Shiraz in the years 1391-1392.For this purpose a total of 30 drug-dependent people were selected and replaced by using available purposive sampling in control and experimental groups. Also 15 normal individuals were selected as a healthy control group to comparison with drug dependents. At first a pretest was given to each three group, after that an emotion control training was done in experimental group dependent on the Grass model in 8 sessions of 2 hours. After research implementation for analyzing the result, the Anova and Fisher's post hoc test were used. The result shown that emotion regulation training can effects on the craving reduction signs, attention bias in drug-dependent people .Also healthy control group has shown less attention in contrast to drug temptation and bias control. Effective management of emotions makes to odd situations that are high risk for substance abuse, use of cognitive strategies for regulating their emotions and by reducing craving and attentional bias reduces the amount back to the reuse of materials is.

Abstract
Given the high prevalence of social anxiety and its importance in people under 18 year, The main objective of this study was to investigate the role of alexithymia mediated into the relationship between maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies and social anxiety. In this study, 180 high school female students who were selected using Multi stage cluster sampling, formed the research sample. Participants completed a questionnaire Connor social anxiety(Spin), cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire and Toronto-20 Alexithymia Scale. The results showed that adaptive and maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies, Respectively, had positive and negative correlations with social anxiety. Alexithymia had also positively correlated with social anxiety. Results of regression analysis showed that alexithymia can be have a mediator role in relationship between maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies and social anxiety. According to the results, it appears that maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies, mediated by alexithymia, can better predict the social anxiety.

Abstract
The use of virtual social networks has increased among Iranians in the recent years. The aim of this study was to compare some of the reasons of tendency to use these social networking sites (body image satisfaction, emotion regulation and loneliness) among male and female students. Research method of the
current study was a causal-comparative one. The study population included all male and female students of Kharazmi University living in its dormitory (Karaj unit) in the academic year 2014-2015; of this population 97 students (48 boys and 49 girls) were selected through convenience sampling method. In order to collect data, the short form of social and emotional loneliness scale for adults, body image rating scale and emotion regulation subscale of emotional intelligence questionnaire were used. The results of the current study showed that the two groups had no significant difference in body image satisfaction; however, average of emotion regulation, general loneliness, social loneliness and emotional loneliness was significantly higher in the female group. So it seems that the emotion regulation and loneliness have a role in the more use of social networks among girls.

Abstract
Comorbidity between Borderline personality disorderand substance abuse disorder is very high. The present study examined the effectiveness of dialectical behavior therapy on negative emotion regulation strategies in women with borderline personality disorder and substance abuse. Based on the willingness to participate in the research, structured clinical interview and the criteria for inclusion, of female patients with borderline personality disorders and substance abuse 4 people were purposefully selected. These four participants underwent emotion regulation techniques of dialectical behavior therapy for 12 sessions. In order to measure negative emotion regulation strategies, Garnesfky cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire was used. To analyze the collected data, visual analysis of charts and trend indicators, stable, percentage of non-overlapping data and percentage of overlapping data was used. Emotion regulation techniques of Dialectical behavior therapy reduced the scores of negative emotion regulation strategies in women with borderline personality disorders and substance abuse. A review of the effectiveness charts and the amount of effect represented
a significant reduction in the use of negative emotion regulation strategies (including self-blame, rumination, blaming others and catastrophizing) in participants. Dialectical behavior therapy is useful in the reduction of the use of emotion regulation strategies (including selfblame, rumination, blaming others an catastrophizing). It seemed these techniques can be useful in the treatment of women with comorbidity borderline personality disorders and substance abuse.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to compare the cognitive emotion regulation, general health, problem-solving style and academic performance of the adolescent girls with addicted parents with nonaddicted parents ones. The research method was causal-comparative. The statistical population was all female high school students of the third District of Karaj. Using convenience sampling method, 120 students was used which was included of 60 students with addicted and 60 students with non-addicted parents. The selected students in both groups were equilized. The groups completed Cognitive Emotion Regulation, general health and problem solving questionnaires. T-test and MANOVA were used to data analysis. Results indicated that adolescents with addicted parents achieve more score in “Blaming others” item and the others achieve more score in “Putting into perspective”, “Positive refocusing”, “Positive reappraisal” and “Refocus on planning” items in Cognitive Emotion Regulation test. Adolescents with nonaddicted parents get more score in “social” context and the others have more score in “Physical”, “anxiety” and “depression” context. Problem solving score in “personal control” item for students with nonaddicted parents and score in “Avoidance” for adolescents with addicted parents is higher than others. Academic Performance of the adolescents with addicted parents was less than that of the others.

Abstract
The objective of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of face to face and internet-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia on Cognitive Emotion Regulation Strategies of individuals with Comorbidity of insomnia and depression. This study employed pretest-posttest and follow-up quasi-experimental designs with two experimental groups and one control group. A convenience sample of 45 university staff and professors who theire score were higher than the cut-off score in PSQT and BDI-II questionnaire was selected by using diagnostic interview based on the DSM-5 criteria for depression and insomnia. We randomly assigned 15 people in to three group. The experimental groups received 6 sessions of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia. The results showed that the face to face procedure was more effective in reducing putting into catastrophizing and increasing perspective- taking, refocus on planning, than internet-based one. The two experimental groups had a significant difference in rumination, “positive refocusing”, “blaming others” and “blaming self compared with the control group. Moreover, the three groups were similar in terms of “positive reappraisal” and “acceptance”. According to the findings, both procedure of treatment was effectively improved the cognitive emotion regulation strategies

Abstract
This study investigated the Mediating Role of Cognitive Emotion Regulation in the Relationship between Brain-Behavioral Systems and eating behaviors among individuals with overweight and obesity by structural equation modeling. The statistical population consisted of women and men suffering from overweight and obesity who went to health centers, and sports clubs of Tehran in autumn and winter of 2017. Using convenient sampling method, 500 of them were selected. Duct behavior questionnaire (Van Strien, Frijters, Bergers & Defares, 1986), Cognitive Emotion Regulation (Garnefski & Kraaij, 2006), Measurement of Inhibition / Behavioral Activation Systems (Carver & White, 1994) were used for gathering data. Findings showed that maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation relatively mediated the relationship between brain-behavioral systems, and eating behaviors. Finally ,it was determined that the model (After the modification of model based on statistical results) had a better fit to the observed data. And predictive variables significantly explained 53 percent of eating behaviors. Brain-behavioral systems and emotional cognitive regulation play an important role in predicting eating behaviors in overweight and obese patients, so their role should be considered in prevention and treatment programs.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate effectiveness an antibullying parent management training on Student's Victimization and Cognitive Emotion Regulation. This research was semi-experimental design with pre test-post test design and control group. The statistical population of study was all primary schools city of Karaj in academic year of 96-97 and the statistical sample was one of schools in the 12th district of Karaj was selected by random cluster sampling. Then 36 victim students of the fourth and fifth level were selected using California's bully-victimization questionnaire and Granofsky's cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire and randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups of 18 Parents of the experimental group underwent parent management training in 9 sessions of 90 minutes(one session per week). Data were analyzed using SPSS 20 and analysis of covariance. The findings of the study showed that parent management training had a significant effect on reducing the victimization and improving the emotion regulation of students. This study showed the effectiveness of parent management training on reduceing victimization and improve cognitive emotion regulation in students.

Abstract
Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a progressive neurological disease that affects many people, especially young women. Patients with MS experience psychological problems. The aim of this study was to compare the social well-being, spiritual well-being and emotion regulation strategies in multiple Sclerosis (MS) patients and non-patients. In this causal-comparison research, the statistical population consisted of 700 patients with MS in Kermanshah. Among the population, 149 patients were selected by convenience sampling method. Among non- patients, 149 people were matched in age and gender with the patients group. Data were collected using the Social well-being, Spiritual well-Being and Emotion Regulation Scales. The results of two-way Multivariate Analysis of Variance showed that the spiritual health and its components (religious and existential well-being), social well-being and its three dimensions (social flourishing, social acceptance, and social adaptation) and emotional reappraisal in patients with MS were lower than non-patients. But there was no significant difference between the emotional suppression in two groups. The results have important implications in attending to the terms of social well-being, spiritual well-being and emotion regulation strategies in patients with MS. Based on the results, improving social and spiritual well-being and increasing the patient's emotion regulation strategies are recommended through spiritual and social health education and training the emotion regulation strategies.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the role of self-concept, emotion regulation, and coronavirus anxiety in predicting self-care behaviors related with covid-19 disease. Design of this study was correlation (prediction-based). The statistical population of the study included people aged 18 to 45 years, 355 people participated in the study by available sampling method and voluntarily through online calling. Data were collected using self-care behaviors questionnaire, emotion regulation questionnaire, integrative self-knowledge scale, self‐compassion scale–short form, self-concept clarity scale and corona disease anxiety scale. Data were analyzed using correlation tests and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The results showed a correlation test that self-concept clarity, cognitive reappraisal and coronavirus anxiety were positively and significantly correlated with self-care behaviors, but suppression was negatively and significantly correlated with it. Regression results showed that self-concept clarity, cognitive reappraisal and coronavirus anxiety were predictors of increased self-care behaviors, but suppression was negatively and significantly its predictor. According to the findings of this study, it can be used to determine educational priorities and psychological interventions to increase self-care behaviors and reduce the risk of Covid-19 disease.

Abstract
This study aimed to develop and introduce training package of chronic pain self-management interventions and evaluate its effects on improving pain self-management (PSM), mindfulness skills (MS), metacognitive beliefs (MB), and cognitive emotion regulation strategies (CERS) in people with chronic musculoskeletal pain (CMP). The statistical population included all patients with CMP who were referred to Tehran hospitals between June 2020 and December 2021. Among these, 22 people (two experimental and control groups) of eligible individuals were selected by voluntary sampling method and examined during a quasi-experimental design. The experimental group underwent 8 online intervention sessions and were evaluated online by GSCS-7, PSMC-18, FFMQ-39, MCQ-30 and CERQ-18 during tree sessions (pre-test, post-test and follow-up). Data were analyzed by MANKOVA. According to the results, the overall effects of the self-management interventions were significant (p < 0.05). Also the interventions had a significant effects on improving PSM, increasing the use of MS, and improving CERS (p<0.05), however, the interventions had no significant effects on reducing dysfunctional MB (p < 0.05). Considering the evidence from this study, the authors believe that the use of chronic pain self-management interventions for people with CMP has significant clinical benefits, so its use is recommended to health care providers.

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to compare the effectiveness of schema therapy and cognitive therapy based on mindfulness on stress, resilience, emotional regulation and psychological well-being of cardiovascular patients. The research method is practical in terms of purpose and semi-experimental in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this research includes cardiovascular patients in Tehran in 1401. According to the nature of the study method, the size of the statistical sample was 30 people. The research tools are Connor and Davidson's resilience questionnaire, Rief's psychological well-being questionnaire, Cohen's perceived stress questionnaire and Garnevsky's emotion regulation questionnaire. It was found that schema therapy has been effective on the resilience of cardiovascular patients, cognitive therapy based on mindfulness has been effective on the stress of cardiovascular patients, schema therapy has been effective on emotional regulation of cardiovascular patients, cognitive therapy based on mindfulness has been effective on emotional regulation of patients Cardiovascular has been effective, schema therapy has been effective on the psychological well-being of cardiovascular patients, cognitive therapy based on mindfulness has been effective on the psychological well-being of cardiovascular patients; It was also found that schema therapy was more effective than cognitive therapy based on mindfulness.

Abstract
This study investigates the Effectiveness of Experiential-Dynamic Emotion Regulation and Mindful Self-Compassionate Eclectic Therapy on reducing core shame, increasing self-compassion and assertiveness, and reducing depression severity in patients with introjective and anaclitic depression compared to the control group. This was a single-subject study with a pretest-posttest design and a control group with a 45-day follow-up. The statistical population consisted of all individuals diagnosed with depression in 2019 at Counseling and Psychotherapy Clinic of Shiraz University. Nine individuals were selected as a sample group with a purposive sampling method given the inclusion and exclusion criteria. the experimental groups received integrative therapy for eight sessions of 45 minutes. The effect size changes in treatment interventions were larger than 0.5 in the experimental groups regarding all study variables in the post-test and follow-up phase compared to the pre-test phase and were small in the control group (less than 0.2).

Abstract
The purpose of the present study is to investigate the moderating role of emotion regulation in the relationship between occupational stress and work-family conflict and sexual satisfaction of female nurses. The present research method is correlational and descriptive. The statistical population of the research includes female and married nurses from Babol, Sari and Ghaemshahr cities, who were selected by random sampling. The tools used in this research included the sexual satisfaction index, occupational stress questionnaire, work-family conflict questionnaire and emotion regulation strategies questionnaire. The obtained data were analyzed with spss software and Pearson correlation test and multiple regression analysis. Abstract
The purpose of this research was to predict the lifestyle of MS patients based on the indicators of self-compassion and emotional regulation and to investigate the mediating role of belief in a just world. The participants included 321 patients in Yazd city who completed the research questionnaires online or in person in an accessible manner.
The questionnaires were Walker's Lifestyle , Neff's Self-Compassion, Gross and John's Emotional Regulation, and Dalbert and Dagas' Belief in a Just World.
The results were analyzed with Smart pls software and partial least squares method. According to the results, the reliability, quality and predictive power of the fit structural model were confirmed (predictive power of lifestyle =0.41, belief in a just world= 0.17, and self-compassion = 0.20) and according to the findings, the effects of the total constructs of self-compassion, emotional regulation and belief in a just world in MS patients on lifestyle were 53%, 59% and 30%, respectively, and the mediating role of belief in a just world was also confirmed.

Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of comparing the effectiveness of dialectical behavior therapy and mutual behavior analysis on interpersonal reactivity, self-control, and cognitive discipline of aggressive teenagers. The research design was semi-experimental in the pre-test-post-test manner with two experimental groups and one control group. The statistical population was the aggressive students of second secondary school for boys in Gorgan city in the academic year 2022-2023, using the cluster method, 45 students were randomly selected in three groups of 15 (dialectical behavior therapy experiment 1, interaction behavior analysis experiment 2 and the control group) were replaced. The research tools were the interpersonal reactivity questionnaires of Davis (1983), Tanji's self-control (2004), Granofsky and Kraij's (2001) emotion regulation, and Bass Perry's aggression (1992). Research data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance and SPSS version 22 software. The findings showed that the effectiveness of the dialectical behavior therapy group was more than the mutual behavior analysis group. Based on the findings of the research, it can be concluded that dialectical behavior therapy by identifying the previous defective patterns of thoughts and feelings, accepting and validating emotions leads to the improvement of interpersonal reactivity, self-control and cognitive regulation of aggressive teenagers' emotions.

Abstract
The present study aimed to comparison the effectiveness of cognitive therapy based on mindfulness and schema therapy on emotional regulation and distress tolerance of women with obsessive-compulsive symptoms. The present research method was semi-experimental with pretest, posttest and follow-up. The statistical population of the study included all women with obsessive-compulsive disorder who referred to the counseling centers of Mashhad in 2023-2024. Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 48 people were selected by convenience sampling and randomly assigned to two experimental groups and one control group. The participants were evaluated using the emotion regulation questionnaire (Gross & John, 2003) and distress tolerance scale in the pretest, posttest and follow-up. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26 software and using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of and analysis of variance with repeated measures showed that there is a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in emotion regulation and distress tolerance (P<0.05). Cognitive therapy based on mindfulness and schema therapy has led to improved emotion regulation and increased distress tolerance. Cognitive therapy based on mindfulness is more effective than schema therapy in improving emotion regulation.

Abstract
The present study was conducted with the aim of comparing the effectiveness of treatment based on mentalization and therapy based on parent-child relationship on emotion regulation and eating behaviors of anxious children. The present research method was semi-experimental with pre-test, post-test and follow-up. The statistical population of the research included all the mothers of anxious children of the Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company in 1402, and based on the entry and exit criteria, 45 eligible people were included in the study using available sampling and randomly selected into two experimental groups and a control group. were assigned Subjects were evaluated using Shield and Kiketi's (1997) emotion regulation questionnaires, Wardell et al.'s (2001) children's eating behavior, and Spence-Parent Form's children's anxiety scale (1998) in the pre-test, post-test and follow-up stages. The results of analysis of variance showed that there is a significant difference between the control group with treatment based on mentalization and treatment based on parent-child relationship in emotional regulation and eating behaviors of anxious children, and treatment based on mentalization and parent-child relationship leads to a decrease Emotional negativity and eating behavior problems and increased adaptive emotional regulation in anxious children.

Abstract
The study aimed to explore teaching cognitive emotion regulation strategies' effectiveness on cognitive processing and distress tolerance in female students with general anxiety. The research method used was a pre-test-post-test experiment with a control group. The research sample comprised all second-year secondary school students with general anxiety in Ardabil city during the academic year of 2023-2024. Employing purposive sampling, thirty students with general anxiety were randomly split into the experimental (15 individuals) and control (15 individuals) groups. The experimental group received eight 90-minute sessions of the cognitive emotion regulation strategies training program (Gross and Thompson, 2007), and the control group, which was on the waiting list, did not receive any training. In the data collection, Cruz's (1999) cognitive processing questionnaire and Simmons and Gaher's (2005) emotional distress tolerance scale were used. Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of covariance. The results showed that after controlling the pre-test effects, there was a significant difference between the post-test average of the two groups in cognitive processing (P<0.001; F=27.50) and distress tolerance (P<0.001; F=17.51). Training in cognitive emotion regulation strategies proves effective in enhancing cognitive processing and distress tolerance among students with general anxiety. Based on the research findings, utilizing cognitive emotion regulation training can help alleviate issues in individuals with generalized anxiety.

Abstract
Past traumatic experiences with primary caregivers lead to the formation of cognitive and behavioral patterns that serve as styles of thinking and acting. These patterns are maladaptive strategies that disrupt emotional regulation. On the other hand, "corrective emotional experiences" in the approaches of schema therapy and intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy help change dysfunctional patterns and regulate emotions in traumatized individuals. using a single-case study method. The study population included all individuals aged 18 to 40 in Tehran who, in 2023, volunteered to participate in the research following the project announcement. Finally, six individuals were selected through purposive sampling. Subsequently, the cognitive and behavioral emotion regulation questionnaires were administered to each individual at the baseline (2 to 4 times), intervention (3 times), and follow-up (1 time) stages. The results of visual and statistical analysis between the intervention and baseline conditions, including Cohen's d effect size, non-overlapping and overlapping data, changes in the median and mean, and absolute level changes,indicated the effectiveness of both treatments oncognitive and behavioral emotion regulation.However, schema therapy was more effective than intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy in improving emotion regulation.
