fa بررسی ارائه الگوی مناسب برای شکل‌گیری سکونتگاه‌های خلاق در مناطق روستایی با تاکید بر توسعه روستایی (مطالعه موردی: روستاهای شهرستان رشتخوار) تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">هدف: </span></b><span lang="FA">امروزه بیشتر مناطق روستایی در کشورهای در حال توسعه با چالش‌های مختلفی در زمینه‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و محیط‌زیستی رو‌به‌رو هستند که به انزوای اجتماعی این مناطق و در نهایت تشدید فقر می&shy;انجامد. بنابراین، بحث سکونتگاه&shy;های خلاق به عنوان یک ایده جدید، بسیار معقول و قدرتمند برای رهایی از چالش&shy;ها در بیشتر مناطق کشور مطرح شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ارائه الگویی مناسب برای شکل&shy; گیری سکونتگاه&shy;های خلاق در مناطق روستایی در سطح روستاهای شهرستان رشتخوار است.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">روش پژوهش: </span></b><span lang="FA">این پژوهش به روش توصیفی</span><span dir="LTR">‌</span><span lang="FA">&ndash;</span><span lang="FA"> تحلیلی انجام گردیده است. بدین منظور، ابتدا ضمن مطالعات اسنادی و بازدید&shy;های اولیه میدانی، طیف گسترده&shy;ای از شاخص‌ها متناسب با شرایط روستاهای مورد مطالعه تعیین گردید. سپس جمع&shy; آوری داده&shy;ها براساس شاخص&shy;های انتخابی، با استفاده از فرم مشاهدات میدانی و پرسشنامه‌های خبرگان و خانوار انجام شده است. همچنین برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل‌های آماری دیمتل فازی و نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> <span lang="FA">استفاده گردید.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">یافته‌ها: </span></b><span lang="FA">یافته &shy;های تحقیق موید آن است که مولفه مشارکت از با میانگین 4/05 در جایگاه اول قرار گرفته است. از سویی دیگر، </span><span lang="AR-SA">در 70/3 درصد از خانوارها، سطح تغییر فرآیند شکل &shy;گیری الگوهای سکونتگاه&shy;های خلاق در مناطق روستایی نسبت به 10 سال گذشته افزایش‌یافته، در 21/2 درصد از خانوارهای بررسی شده، سطح تغییر فرآیند شکل&shy; گیری الگوهای سکونتگاه&shy;های خلاق در مناطق روستایی در این محدوده زمانی کاهش‌یافته است</span><span lang="FA">.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></b><span lang="FA">با توجه به پتانسیل‌ها و چالش‌های فراروی شکل‌گیری سکونتگاه‌های خلاق در منطقه، مناسب </span></span></span></span><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">ترین الگو برای شکل‌گیری سکونتگاه‌های خلاق، الگوی مشارکتی است. الگوهای مشارکت با بیشترین مقدار </span><span dir="LTR">D - R</span> <span lang="FA">&nbsp;&nbsp;که این معیار مهم&shy;ترین الگو است؛ به این معنی که اگر این الگوی سکونتگاه&shy;های خلاق در مناطق روستایی ارتقاء یابد سایر الگوهای سکونتگاه&shy;های خلاق ارتقاء و در نتیجه زمینه پدیدارشدن فرآیند شکل&shy; گیری افزایش م&shy;ی&nbsp; یابد.</span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><b>Objective</b>: Rural areas in many developing countries are increasingly confronted with economic, social, and environmental challenges that contribute to social exclusion, poverty, and population decline. In this context, the concept of creative settlements has emerged as an innovative approach for revitalizing rural communities and promoting sustainable development. The present study aimed to identify an appropriate model for the formation of creative rural settlements in Rashtkhwar County, located in Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran.<br> <b>Methods</b>: This research employed a descriptive&ndash;analytical methodology. Relevant indicators were identified through documentary studies and preliminary field investigations. Data were collected using field observation forms, expert questionnaires, and household surveys. The collected data were analyzed using Fuzzy DEMATEL and SPSS software. The findings revealed that participation was the most influential component in the formation of creative rural settlements, with a mean score of 4.05. Furthermore, 70.3% of surveyed households reported an increase in the process of creative settlement formation during the last decade, whereas 21.2% perceived a decline.<br> <b>Results</b>: The results indicate that rural participation, social cohesion, occupational diversification, local leadership capacity, and the promotion of creative ideas significantly contribute to the emergence and development of creative settlements.<br> <b>Conclusions</b>: The study concludes that the participatory model represents the most effective framework for fostering creative rural settlements in Rashtkhwar County.
