fa نقش هوش مصنوعی برای توانمندسازی جامعه روستایی با نقش میانجی حمایت‌های مدیریتی در مناطق روستایی شهرستان نطنز عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">هدف: </span></b><span lang="FA">هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش هوش مصنوعی برای توانمندسازی جامعه روستایی با نقش میانجی حمایت‌های مدیریتی در مناطق روستایی شهرستان نطنز است.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">روش پژوهش: </span></b><span lang="FA">این پژوهش از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع توصیفیِ پیمایشی از شاخه میدانی است و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه روستائیان شهرستان نطنز هستند. حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران به تعداد 371 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌ای با 30 سوال در سه بخش هوش مصنوعی (5 سوال)، توانمندسازی (19 سوال) و حمایت‌های مدیریتی (6 سوال) است که روایی آن به شیوه صوری، سازه‌ای و محتوایی بررسی و تایید شده و پایایی آن بر مبنای فرمول کرونباخ به میزان 0/86 تایید گردیده است. داده‌های گردآوری شده بر اساس تحلیل مسیر معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR">Smart PLS</span> <span lang="FA">تجزیه و تحلیل شد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">یافته‌ها: </span></b><span lang="FA">نتایج نشان داد که هوش مصنوعی بر توانمندسازی با ضریب تاثیر&nbsp; 0/636 و مقدار</span> <span dir="LTR">T </span><span lang="FA">12/002، هوش مصنوعی بر حمایت مدیریت با ضریب تاثیر 0/392 و مقدار </span><span dir="LTR">T </span><span lang="FA">3/875 و حمایت مدیریت بر توانمندسازی با ضریب تاثیر 0/332 و مقدار </span><span dir="LTR">&nbsp;T</span>&nbsp;5<span lang="FA">/533 تاثیر دارد. همچنین نتایج آزمون سوبل نشان داد که هوش مصنوعی بر توانمندسازی با نقش میانجی حمایت مدیریت با مقدار </span>&nbsp;<span dir="LTR">T </span>&nbsp;<span lang="FA">7/678&nbsp; تاثیر دارد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></b><span lang="FA">بر مبنای یافته‌ها می‌توان گفت که هوش مصنوعی می‌تواند از طریق داده‌های تحلیل‌شده، روش‌های بهینه برای کشت و برداشت محصولات را ارائه دهد. با استفاده از هوش مصنوعی در پلتفرم‌های آموزشی، امکان آموزش از راه دور برای افراد روستایی فراهم می‌شود. این تکنولوژی می‌تواند به‌ویژه برای نوجوانان و جوانان در مناطق دورافتاده که به منابع آموزشی محدود دسترسی دارند، مفید باشد. سیستم‌های هوش مصنوعی در حوزه سلامت می‌توانند در تشخیص بیماری‌ها و پیش‌بینی وضعیت بهداشتی افراد در مناطق روستایی کمک کنند. همچنین بهره‌گیری از این فناوری در زمینه گردشگری، کشاورزی و دامداری می‌تواند به بهبود وضعیت اقتصادی و معیشتی مناطق روستایی کمک ویژه نماید. </span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><b>Objective</b>: Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative technology with significant potential to enhance rural development through improving productivity, decision-making processes, and access to information. This study aimed to investigate the role of AI in empowering rural communities, considering the mediating effect of managerial support in the rural areas of Natanz County, Iran.<br> <b>Methods</b>: The research adopted an applied, descriptive-survey design. The statistical population consisted of all rural residents of Natanz County, from which 371 respondents were selected using Cochran&rsquo;s sampling formula. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire comprising three dimensions: artificial intelligence (5 items), rural empowerment (19 items), and managerial support (6 items). The validity of the instrument was confirmed through face, content, and construct validity, while reliability was verified using Cronbach&rsquo;s alpha coefficient (0.86). Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in SmartPLS software.<br> <b>Results</b>: The findings revealed that AI had a significant positive effect on rural empowerment (&beta; = 0.636, T = 12.002) and managerial support (&beta; = 0.392, T = 3.875). Furthermore, managerial support significantly influenced rural empowerment (&beta; = 0.332, T = 5.533). Sobel test results confirmed the mediating role of managerial support in the relationship between AI and rural empowerment (T = 7.678). The results indicate that AI can substantially contribute to rural empowerment by enhancing agricultural productivity, improving access to education and healthcare services, facilitating market connectivity, and supporting informed decision-making. Effective managerial support and appropriate infrastructure are essential for maximizing the developmental benefits of AI in rural communities.<br> <b>Conclusions</b>: The study highlights the importance of integrating AI technologies into rural development strategies to foster sustainable socio-economic transformation and reduce rural&ndash;urban disparities.</span></span><br> &nbsp; تحول دیجیتال, توانمندسازی جامعه روستایی, توسعه روستایی, حمایت‌های مدیریت, هوش مصنوعی.
