fa تحلیلی بر نقش متنوع‌سازی اقتصادی در ارتقای ظرفیت های فردی و محیطی کارآفرینی روستایی(مطالعه موردی: روستاهای شهرستان مریوان) تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">توسعه و پیشرفت فعالیت</span><span b="" dir="LTR" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">&lrm;</span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">های کارآفرینانه در محیط&shy;های روستایی به عنوان راه حلی مطمئن که توانایی ترسیم چشم انداز روشنی از تحقق توسعه پایدار روستایی را دارد؛ در گروه مطلوب بودن عناصر محیطی و مشخصه&shy;های فردی و روانی روستاییان است. اما با توجه به ضعف&shy;های متعددی که در عرصه&shy;های اقتصادی، اجتماعی، محیطی-کالبدی و نهادی نواحی روستاها وجود دارد که بازتاب این معضلات نیز، وجود روستاها و روستاییانی است که از مشخصه&shy;های مورد نیاز کارآفرینی به دور می باشند لازم است تا با اجرای برنامه&shy;های توسعه و از جمله مهمترین آنها با توجه به اهمیت بعد اقتصادی در پایداری حیات و معیشت روستاییان، به تنوع بخشی اقتصاد روستایی پرداخت تا بتوان محیط روستایی را به محیطی شایسته فعالیت و تعالی روستاییان بدل نمود. حال، پژوهش حاضر سعی دارد تا اثرات این تنوع بخشی اقتصادی بر وضعیت عناصر محیطی و مشخصه&shy;های فردی موثر بر کارآفرینی روستاییان را در روستاهای شهرستان مریوان بررسی نماید. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">پژوهش کاربردی حاضر با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام گرفته است، جامعه آماری این پژوهش با توجه به رویکرد مقایسه&shy;ای آن، دو گروه روستاهای برخودار از تنوع اقتصادی و روستاهای فاقد این تنوع بخشی در شهرستان مریوان است که پس از تعیین روستاهای هدف، به روش کوکران؛ حجم نمونه تعیین و پرسشنامه&shy;هایی به صورت طبقه</span><span b="" dir="LTR" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">&lrm;</span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">ای در بین روستاها و تصادفی ساده در میان روستاییان توزیع گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده&shy;های حاصله نیز، با آزمون&shy;های آمار استنباطی(تی مستقل و تحلیل مسیر) انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان دادند که تنوع اقتصادی انجام شده موجب ایجاد تفاوت معنی&shy;داری در مطلوبیت وضعیت عناصر محیطی و مشخصه&shy;های فردی موثر بر کارآفرینی در دو گروه روستایی مورد مطالعه گردیده</span><span b="" dir="LTR" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">&lrm;</span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">است. همچنین، شاخص اقتصادی در میان عوامل محیطی و شاخص میزان انگیزه در میان مشخصه&shy;های فردی، بیشترین تاثیر را در بهبود وضعیت کارآفرینی روستاها بواسطه اثرپذیری از تنوع اقتصادی انجام شده دارا هستند.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:normal"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#0f1115">However, given the numerous weaknesses in the economic, social, environmental-physical, and institutional spheres of rural areas&mdash;reflected in the existence of villages and villagers lacking the necessary characteristics for entrepreneurship&mdash;it is essential to implement development programs. Among the most important of these, considering the significance of the economic dimension for the sustainability of rural life and livelihoods, is the diversification of the rural economy. This can transform the rural environment into one worthy of activity and the advancement of its inhabitants. This study seeks to examine the effects of this economic diversification on the status of environmental elements and individual characteristics affecting entrepreneurship among villagers in the villages of Marivan County.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:normal"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#0f1115">This applied research was conducted using a descriptive-analytical method. The statistical population of the study, based on its comparative approach, consisted of two groups: villages benefiting from economic diversification and villages lacking such diversification in Marivan County. After identifying the target villages, the sample size was determined using Cochran&#39;s method, and questionnaires were distributed through stratified sampling among the villages and simple random sampling among the villagers. Data analysis was performed using inferential statistical tests (Independent T-test and Path Analysis). The findings revealed that the implemented economic diversification has led to a significant difference in the favorability of the status of environmental elements and individual characteristics affecting entrepreneurship between the two studied rural groups.
