fa شناسایی عوامل مؤثر تبیین کنندۀ پرورش طیور بومی در بین روستائیان استان مازندران ‌ عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><a name="_Hlk220954777"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">هدف: </span></span></b></a><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">پرورش طیور </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">بومی</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#2e74b5">در روستاها </span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">موجب</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">کارآفرینی و اشتغال برای زنان روستائی، تأمین پروتئین مورد نیاز، بهبود درآمد و توسعۀ روستایی پایدار خواهد شد. علی&shy;رغم فواید طیور بومی، استقبال از این فعالیت روستائی چندان مورد توجه قرار نگرفته است. <span style="color:#2e74b5">بنابراین </span>شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر پرورش طیور بومی در بین روستائیان استان مازندران می</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">&lrm;تواند زمینه&lrm;های بهبود تمایل روستائیان به انجام این فعالیت بومی را فراهم کند. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">روش پژوهش: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">پژوهش حاضر کمی و توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعۀ آماری، کل بهره&shy;برداران طیور بومی در استان مازندران به تعداد 64725 نفر هستند. برای انتخاب افراد نمونه از روش نمونه&shy;گیری چندمرحله&shy;ای استفاده شد. 382 نفر از بهره&shy;برداران طیور بومی به&shy;صورت تصادفی به&shy;عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">داده&shy;های مورد نیاز از طریق پرسشنامۀ محقق&shy;ساخته جمع&shy;آوری شد. روایی پرسشنامه با نظرخواهی از کارشناسان و پایایی </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="background:white"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">با محاسبۀ ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. </span></span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها: </span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="background:white"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">عوامل فردی- حرفه&lrm;ای و عوامل اجتماعی- محیطی 73 درصد از تغییرات درک مفید بودن و 36 درصد از تغییرات درک آسانی کاربرد را تبیین می&lrm;کنند. </span></span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="background:white"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#2e74b5">درک مفید بودن، نگرش، هنجار ذهنی و کنترل رفتاری درک شده در مجموع 74 درصد از تغییرات قصد رفتاری و کنترل رفتاری درک شده و قصد رفتاری نیز حدود 64 درصد از تغییرات رفتار پرورش طیور بومی را تبیین می&lrm;کنند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">جوهرۀ اصلی مدل پیشنهادی در تمایل رفتاری بر بروز رفتار است اما کنترل رفتاری درک شده نیز متغیر مهمی است که در کنار قصد رفتاری حتی با شدت بیشتری نیز پرورش طیور بومی را تحت تأثیر قرار می&lrm;دهد. افزایش قدرت ریسک&lrm;پذیری تولیدکنندگان، ارتقای دانش و مهارت تولیدکنندگان، آگاهی&lrm;رسانی عمومی برای مصرف طیور بومی، گسترش تعاونی تولیدکنندگان طیور بومی و عرضۀ وام&lrm;های بانکی کم&lrm;بهره و هدفمند از جمله پیشنهادهای توسعۀ پرورش طیور بومی در استان مازندران است. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><a name="_Hlk220954755"></a><a name="_Hlk220696946"><b><span style="font-size:9.0pt">Objective</span></b></a><span style="font-size:9.0pt">: </span><span style="font-size:9.0pt">Farming of native poultry at the village level will provide entrepreneurship and employment for rural women, provide needed protein, improve rural income and sustainable rural development.</span> <span style="font-size:9.0pt">Despite the benefits of native poultry,</span> <span style="font-size:9.0pt">the acceptance of this rural activity has not received much attention. Therefore, identifying the factors affecting of native poultry farming among villagers in Mazandaran province can provide grounds for improving the villagers&#39; willingness to carry out this native activity.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:9.0pt">Methods</span></b><span style="font-size:9.0pt">: </span><span style="font-size:9.0pt">The present study is quantitative and descriptive-survey. The statistical population is the total number of native poultry farmers in Mazandaran province, 64725 people. Multi-stage sampling method was used to select the sample. 382 native poultry farmers were randomly selected as samples<i>.</i></span> <span style="font-size:9.0pt">The required data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by asking experts<i> </i>and the reliability was confirmed by calculating Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient. <i></i></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:9.0pt">Results</span></b><span style="font-size:9.0pt">: </span><span style="font-size:9.0pt">P</span><span style="font-size:9.0pt">ersonal-professional factors and social-environmental factors explain 73% of the changes in perceived usefulness and 36% of the changes in perceived ease of use. Perceived usefulness, attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control explain <span style="color:#4472c4">a total of 74% of the changes in behavioral intention, perceived behavioral control and behavioral intention explain about 64% of the changes in native poultry farming behavior</span>.<i></i></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:9.0pt">Conclusions</span></b><span style="font-size:9.0pt">: </span><span style="font-size:9.0pt">The main essence of the proposed model is behavioral intention over behavior, but perceived behavioral control is also an important variable that, along with behavioral intention, affects native poultry farming even more intensely.
