چکیده:   (3391 مشاهده)
آب، منبعی راهبردی و کمیاب است که طی سال‌های اخیر متاثر از متغیرهای مختلف ملی و فراملی به شدت محدود شده و حوزه‎های امنیت، ثبات، توسعه و رفاه در کشورها را به شدت متاثر ساخته است. اثرگذاری بالای آب در حوزه‎های یاد شده آب را در کانون سیاست خارجی و مناسبات هیدروپلیتیک بسیاری از کشورها از جمله جنوب باختری آسیا قرار داده است. در سال‌های اخیر، به رغمِ طرحِ مسئلهِ‌ بحرانِ آب و نقش آن در مناسبات دو کشور ایران و عراق در محافل علمی، سیاسی و رسانه‌ای، همچنان ابعاد این مسئله ناشناخته مانده و تفسیرهای متفاوتی از آن به دست داده‎اند. پژوهش حاضر که ماهیت کاریردی دارد و درون‌دادهای مورد نیاز آن به روش کتابخانه‎ای گرداوری شده با هدف دستیابی به شناختی کیفی درباره ابعاد و زوایای مناسبات هیدروپلیتیک ایران و عراق، بر آن است که افزون بر مشخص‎کردن ویژگی‌های محتوایی  و روش‌شناختی، خلاهای پژوهشی موجود در این زمینه را با روش فراتحلیل کیفی شناسایی کند. این پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از روش فراتحلیل کیفی، 34 پژوهش انجام شده در بازه زمانی 1402- 1384 در قالب مقالات علمی-پژوهشی داخلی، پایان‎نامه و مقالات موجود در فصلنامه‎های معتبر بین المللی را بررسی کرده است. نتایج پژوهش‌ نشان داد که مطالعه جامعی انجام نشده است که ابعاد گوناگون مناسبات هیدروپلیتیک ایران و عراق را بررسی و واکاوی کرده باشد. در این خصوص نبود داده‌های دقیق و واقعی و ضعف مبانی نظری-معرفتی پژوهش از کاستی‎های پژوهش‌های انجام شده در زمینه مناسبات دو کشور است.
