Abstract

Green spaces have a key role in moderating urban micro-climatic conditions, beautifying urban landscapes, citizens' leisure time, and also reducing noise and air pollution and absorption of Aerosols. In addition to the significant advantages of green space, water consumption and irrigation needs is one of the main limitations of green space development in Tehran that nowadays faced to critical water shortage. Calculating water footprint in green spaces, as the total amount of fresh water required to maintain green space throughout the year, is one of the indicators by which the compatibility of tree and plant species with climatic conditions can be assessed. The main object of this study is to estimate the water footprint of Laleh Park in Tehran province of Iran. The Green space soil water balance (SWB) model was used to calculate water footprint in this park. The required data that including: average daily temperature, total precipitation and moisture depth of zero to 30 cm of soil, were obtained from the Geophysical meteorological station of Tehran for 2018. Data related to soil water drainage were also estimated based on standard laboratory samples of green space soils. The results indicated that in the warm months (June to September) of the year, the total water footprint of Laleh Park in Tehran was 4 to 5 thousand cubic meters per month (m3/m), while the winter months (December to March) total estimated water footprint were less than 1400 cubic meters per month. The generalization of 30 Centimeters depth soil moisture data of the geophysical meteorological station to Laleh Park, released that, in the warm month of the year, Green Water (groundwater or surface water) had the largest portion (more than 90%) in the water footprint of Laleh Park, While in the winter months (December and to march), the green water (water from snow and rain) is main participant in providing soil moisture, more than 90% of the total water footprint of Laleh Park  has related to this source.

Abstract

The country of Iran, with its geopolitical foundations, which is influenced by its geography, has always been the focus of the countries of the world, especially the world powers, throughout history. The use of this capacity and conditions for the economic prosperity of the country depended on the ability of the statesmen and the type and structure of the government systems in formulating foreign policy, and how effective they were in changing the social environment and the way of economic livelihood of the people. In a fundamental and theoretical way, this thesis has analyzed the formulation and presentation of the national strategy of the Islamic Republic of Iran based on its geopolitical characteristics.
The results of this research show that the spirit that governs it according to the structure it entails (statehood), is economic regardless of geographical and geopolitical infrastructure, and this field of foreign policy has not only failed to achieve success, but is also passive. And it has become introspective and stopped from being effective and dynamic. While looking at Iran's geopolitical and geographical foundations, we find that its geopolitical position does not have a global effect and is not below the regional level.

Abstract

Water is one of the most vital human needs. Chromium is one of the heavy metals that causes water pollution in different regions. The studied area is Joghatai Mountains and Davarzan, Khoshab, Joghatai, Joveyn and Sabzevar plains of Razavi Khorasan Province. This research has studied, analyzed water pollution with the element of chromium as well as the impact of lithology mountains Joghatai, on the quality of water in the region from the point of view of chromit. In this research, 13 samples were collected and tested by atomic spectrometer method. To check the amount of chromium present in them by comparing the findings with standard limits. The results of this study show that the amount of chromium in the selected water sources varies from 1.2 to 1.3 mg / L. Geochemical samples vary from 210 ppm to 4700 ppm. The lithology of the region especially the chromium mines has affected the quality of water but the density of faults and fans did not affect the amount of dissolved chromite. The effect of the slope of the geological layers is positive and the role of acidity in the pollution is poor. Finally, the amount of chromium in some samples is higher than the standard limit and should be considered by the custodians.

Abstract

Rural indigenous entrepreneurship is one of the youngest research areas to show that in Iran, one of the largest countries in Asia and has rich cultural heritage and indigenous communities, the issue of native rural entrepreneurship has not been addressed so far. Therefore, the present article, as an analytical assessment and with a variety of approaches based on richness and conceptual diversity in the fields of social sciences, economic, planning and rural development, uses a systematic approach, while introducing entrepreneurship while introducing entrepreneurship. Rural native to introduce native rural entrepreneurship to the context of future research in the country. This article contributes to a comprehensive understanding of native entrepreneurship research by analyzing literature and research lines. In this regard, the present article, which is intended for the purpose and information provided by the documentary method, sought to answer the questions about what elements of the difference between native rural entrepreneurship and classical entrepreneurship? What are the unique goals and characteristics of rural native entrepreneurship? And what are the (model) pattern for the development of native rural entrepreneurship in Iran? The results of the study indicate that indigenous entrepreneurship is different from classical/ Western entrepreneurship, and emphasizes elements such as the use of indigenous resources, indigenous cultural values, collective interest, family relationships and family/ family ties. The results showed that rural native entrepreneurship is not necessarily in response to market needs and is mostly aimed at providing family livelihoods, environmental protection, cultural and spiritual value. Unlike Western-style entrepreneurship, rural native entrepreneurship shows elements of equality-equality, collective/kinship activity, and emphasis on available cultural values and natural resources. Rural indigenous entrepreneurship is often carried out with intra -household livelihoods and mostly with non -economic goals such as preserving livelihoods, preserving indigenous culture, protecting the environment and spiritual goals.

Abstract

The continuous and active presence of disciplinary centers has an important role in ensuring security and peace in cities. Therefore the fair and efficient distribution of law enforcement centers in urban areas is an important factor in meeting this basic need. Therefore, the present study aims to investigate the service of police stations on vulnerable areas of Urmia. The descriptive-analytical research method used in this study is applied. The results of the study show that the vulnerability zoning of the city of Urmia is in four categories from very high to very low. About 68 km2 of the whole area of the city is known to be highly vulnerable. Most of the northern (informal settlements of Region 2) and central (old districts of four region) settlements of Urmia are the most vulnerable areas due to the high density of population and housing, with most of the politically sensitive, commercial and administrative offices in these areas. The results of the network analysis based on standard time (12 minutes) indicate that the 28.9% (24 km2) of the Urmia Vulnerable Areas was not covered by the police stations.Within 12 minutes the police stations of Urmia city have quick access to 55 km2 of about 75 km2 area with high vulnerability and about 20 km2 of this area also without timely access. In terms of the police stations access to low vulnerability areas, the results also show that from about 15 km2 of these areas to 3 km2 have quick access, indicates that there is no quick access to these 12 km2

Abstract

Due to the significance of forests in both the natural and human environment, this study aims to investigate the impact of meteorological drought on oak forest dieback in Ilam province. Specifically, the study seeks to determine the relationship between Zagros Forest drought and droughts in this particular region. The analysis utilizes the Standard Precipitation Index (SPI) to identify the frequency of droughts during different time periods. The results indicate that the years 2007, 2008, 2011, 2015, and 2016 experienced the highest occurrence of droughts. Additionally, remote sensing data from MODIS images were employed to examine the trend in tree greenness (NDVI) from 2000 to 2016. The analysis reveals a significant correlation (R2 = 0.9999) between the greenness trend and the drought index (SPI). Moreover, a land survey of oak drying points and simulation using Landsat satellite images, with a 15×15 pixel output from GIS software, indicate that approximately 17,894 hectares of forests in the region experienced drying and destruction between 2000 and 2016. By combining the oak forest drying layer with the output layers derived from drought zoning, visual indicators were created, and statistical analysis was conducted for three 5-year time series. The results demonstrate a correlation coefficient of 96.6% and an explanation coefficient of R2 = 0.985 for the 2002-2006 time series, a correlation coefficient of 95.4% and an explanation coefficient of R2 = 0.980 for the 2007-2011 time series, and a correlation coefficient of 98.8% and an explanation coefficient of R2 = 0.995 for the 2012-2016 time series. These findings illustrate the influence of drought and its variations in terms of intensity and duration on oak forests in the Zagros region of Ilam. Based on the study results, it is predicted that if the drought persists with the same trend, approximately 1,118.4 hectares of oak forests in Ilam province will dry up and be destroyed annually.
