Abstract

Study how to relax and leisure from the work of citizens it is located in the field of leisure geography studies. The current study is practical in an aim and descriptive– analytical in method and practical– theoretical in nature. In this study, the first path analysis model was used in order to express logical correlations between environmental and demographics variables, on leisure geography and providing structural analysis.the results of study path analysis model shows that the impacts of the physical environment outside the home with standardized coefficients0.461 into other variables have the greatest impact and demographic variables with standard coefficients 0.025 has least impact on leisure geography of metropolis. In the following, the number of 383 questionnaires was distributed in order to study comparatively the spatial pattern leisure geography among citizen's zones 2, 4 and 7 of the city of Ahvaz that they were at different levels of enjoyment. The results of the questionnaire of citizens indicate that leisure pattern in Region2 is different from other areas; However, the pattern of citizens leisure of district4 and7 has not a significant difference together. In this context, assigning a specific type of planning is approved in order to improve the quality of community health and welfare of the citizens;; with regard to natural and human environment conditions of the city and leisure facilities available.

Abstract

The present paper deals with the analysis and analysis of spatial justice and its relation with social capital using descriptive-analytical research method. To assess spatial justice, the distribution of urban facilities and their per capita amount (per capita of religious, educational, medical, green, cultural, etc.) are used at local level. Then, they have been ranked by the multi-criteria decision-making method of Vicar County. According to the rates obtained from the vikor method and considering the final points, Shams Tabrizi and PehrAbad neighborhoods are in a state of affairs and the property districts, Sheikh Taj and TapaliBagi and Ohadi have a favorable situation.  The low-grade journals are in the new textbook and informal settlements. In areas such as Jahangir, Daneshghah, Sahand, Valiasr, Azadegan, new structures have been built as residential settlements over the past two decades. In the second stage, in order to evaluate the social justice of social capital indicators, a questionnaire was used that 383 questionnaires were prepared in relation to the population of each neighborhood. Five key indicators (trust, partnership, engagement, membership and security) have been used to assess social capital. The results show that neighborhoods such as Shams Tabriz, Khaje Nasir, Khan, Seidlar and Daraie have the highest social capital. In the third step, Pearson correlation methods and weight geographic regression have been used to analyze the relationship between spatial justice and social capital. In this method, the correlation between variables is shown in the neighborhood level. Output layer The standardized residual geographic weighted regression analysis between spatial justice and citizens' satisfaction shows that in Shams Tabrizi, Azadegan, Khajeh Nasir 1 and 2, Sheikh Taj, Daraie, and Pasdaran, there was a positive spatial relationship. This means that the spatial development of these areas has a positive impact on improving the quality of life and social capital, the greater the spatial justice in these areas will increase social capital.

Abstract

A viable solution to address the challenge of urban poverty in the worn and inefficient contexts of the metropolis of Ahvaz is to reform its structures by integrating poverty-reducing policies into urban planning for the future. Sustainable regeneration has been identified as one such strategy. The premise that substantial capital investment in neighborhood regeneration can enhance the overall conditions of the neighborhood poverty system underscores the critical need to organize economically focused spaces within targeted poverty zones.
Utilizing the normative futures study method, three types of uncertainty scenarios—critical, middle, and desirable—were developed through a Delphi survey for each of the five strategic drivers of the research that can be managed, modified, and monitored throughout the sustainable regeneration process. The sustainable regeneration plan for urban neighborhoods was conceptualized with poverty-reducing policies tailored to each of these five strategic drivers, guided by thematic macrotrends. For each technical area, the key impacts of future-oriented economic interventions aimed at regenerating the targeted neighborhoods were identified and outlined. Based on these dimensions, policies were proposed in the form of thematic actions aligned with desirable scenarios to enhance the status of the five strategic research drivers. This, in turn, aims to reform the structures of urban poverty and improve the overall conditions of the poverty system in the targeted neighborhoods.as a result, The failure of Iran's urban regeneration programs in resolving stakeholder conflicts is rooted in many structural weaknesses related to the procedures and methods of preparation and implementation of these programs. Therefore, a mechanism should be provided in the process of preparing urban regeneration plans, which, in the first step, should pay attention to the dynamic, multidimensional and complex nature of conflicts in the stages before, during and after the implementation of the project, and then identify the conflicts of the beneficiaries in the very early stages. to control.
