In order to assess of quality indicators according to the role of color were examined 3 main index (spatial perception, readability and identity, diversity and vitality) and 20 variables. To analyze the indicators have been used from sample T-test and RGB models. According to one sample T-test, readability and identity Index with an average of 2.31, diversity and vitality with an average of 2.69 and spatial perception with an average 2.78 have had from least to greatest effect on the quality of the study area. Abstract

A review of the history of the Islamic period reveals that concepts such as Islamic values and principles have always been one of the foundations of Islamic cities. This has made the Islamic city a space for the development of other Islamic fundamental concepts and principles. However, with the emergence of modern thinking and the emergence of numerous movements, we have seen that many of these are distorted. considering the historical background, values and factors present, district 20 in Tehran, is of no exception. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to investigate the mechanisms of how each of the factors of the Islamic city influence the perception of the inhabitants of this historical district of Tehran. To achieve this goal, a conceptual model of the research was first developed using the literature as well as the research context in which the three main physical, social and validity dimensions were considered for Islamic urban planning. Subsequently, using a questionnaire survey and its analysis by structural equation modeling, the effect of each of these factors on their indicators was put forth as the research findings. The results of the analysis indicate that the "validity" factors have the most impact on people's perception of the Islamic city, while the "social and civil" and "physical" factors are less influential.

Abstract

High-rise buildings, by being recognizable in their context and signaling the introduction of urban integrity, have an impact on the perception and formation of citizens' mental image of the city. The present study examines the environmental perception of citizens in the interpretive, emotional, cognitive, and evaluative dimensions of high-rise buildings in Tehran’s 22th district as a case of study and emphasizes the formal, functional and semantic aspects of these buildings on citizen perception. The search system is intended for interpretive-structuralism research and the content analysis method (documentary method) is used in the theoretical section and the cross-sectional survey method. The population of the study consisted of 100 residents and non-residents of the area who are randomly selected. Data were analyzed by using SPSS software and Pearson correlation tests and one-sample T-test to evaluate the relationship between physical and semantic components in high-rise buildings perception and determine the importance of each environmental perception dimension. The results indicate that “the role of beauty of the form and shape of high-rise buildings” and “the amount of elevation congruence with the environment” in the first and second priorities affecting the level of citizens' environmental perception among physical and “The role of legibility and routing” as an effective factor among the semantic components in the perception of high-rise buildings has been based more on emotional and cognitive perception and less on the interpretative and perceptual dimensions of perceived citizenship.

Abstract

Analysis of the views of urban buildings is important in order to identify effective components in the perception of the audience. By conducting studies on existing buildings, we can provide appropriate strategies for organizing urban views. This article tries to provide a framework for measuring urban streets from the perspective of the perception of citizens and, on the other hand, promoting the quality of urban views and increasing the perception of citizens. Based on the method of analysis, the study of global and internal studies of the conceptual model is developed, which provides factors affecting the perception of citizens from the view. Also, based on the studied method, the reliability of the Tehran Center's leaders, due to the presence of early qualities and emphasis on the presence of citizens' for the study, has been selected to provide realistic understanding of the factors affecting the perception of urban street view. According to field views, initial dialogue and conceptual model, targeted questionnaires were prepared and to find the hidden relationships of the variables, and the comparative comparison of citizens and experts to analyze the information of the questionnaires, SPSS software has been used. General components of perceptual modeling, from the perspective Architectural and urban design experts were measured and then based on the special model of the questionnaire, the questionnaire was developed. The questionnaire and interview were accompanied by the perceptions of the recognition and perception of citizens and directly with the audience of this axis. The goal is to identify the main components and prioritize perceptual components from the mental perspective of citizens. The results show that the main components of perceiveness of urban views, impact components, unity, coordination, attachment to location, diversity and attractiveness of the perception and recognition of the traditional view of the fifteen Khordads are effective.
