Abstract
Today, the old fabric of cities has been severely dominated by unwanted developments due to increased construction and dependence on vehicles. This issue has caused many problems in urban issues. Therefore, physical reorganization plans are on the agenda as a solution to reduce these problems. Imam Street, which is located in the old part of Urmia, is one of the main and important streets of the city. One of the proposed projects in the strategic plan of the worn-out structures of Urmia city was the project of organizing and urban design of Imam Street, most of which has been implemented. The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficiency of physical organization projects in the old part of Urmia. The research method is descriptive-analytical and the obtained data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, one-sample t-test in SPSS program and also structural equation modeling using AMOS software were used. The average obtained from the T-test in measuring the satisfaction of businessmen and residents located in the old part of Urmia, which was more than 3, indicates that people living in this area and market acquisition are satisfied with the results of physical organization projects.

Abstract
Given the central position of cities in the spatial hierarchy of power, identifying the fundamental factors influencing their formation, development, and sustainability is a necessity of contemporary political geography. In this context, "climate" is not merely an environmental variable but a decisive geopolitical factor in the spatial organization of cities. This research, aiming to theorize in the field of urban political geography, employs a situated grounded theory method. Using a combined strategy that includes systematic documentary studies and field data, it discovers and explains patterns of urban spatial organization in interaction with climatic components. The three-stage coding process has led to the extraction of basic concepts, core categories, and finally the climate-based city paradigm. The outcome of this research is the presentation of a new conceptual framework that can serve as a basis for future urban planning and elucidate the role of climatic components in urban typology, spatial planning, and the formulation of urban development policies. The findings confirm that climate has a direct effect not only on the physical form (e.g., the architectural pattern of Yazd's windcatchers) and functional aspects of the city, but also on macro-political strategies (e.g., patterns of climate-induced migration) and development planning (e.g., green building standards). Accordingly, this article argues that future cities will redefine their components of power and competitive advantage based on indicators such as water security, climate resilience, and access to clean energy. Consequently, the "climate-based city" theory, as a novel conceptual framework, can open a new frontier in the scientific literature of urban political geography and spatial planning, and map the geopolitical landscape of twenty-first-century cities

Abstract
Generally speaking the existence of metropolises, alongwith the high various business districts have led to high valume of travels to these centers. The density and separation of these centers brings about the increase and the decrease of the vehicles. The adoption of location determination strategies and that of the comunicational centers and the city activities has made the cities continue the developement process while cosidering the fairly service destribution and the spatial equalities. The goal of this research is the recognition and determination of the city spatial organization working centers and activity model and the relation of service functioning with one another so that the mono central and poly central cities can have a important effect on the destribution system and service centers and the vast changes of the citizens .The analysis method is a kind of quantity and quality one. In the quality part of that the descriptive statistics ( the geometrical presentation , graphical disparation, the centralism measures) and the Hansen Model. In the areas of planning, a great difference is seen in the levels of land uses so that the land use of higher educations in the western metropolitan city of Mashhad area is 84 percent while that of the eastern area is 3 percent. It is the same about the equipped medicinal, commercial and green space areas.Only in the areas of managerial levels there is a relative balance. Finaly the city is devided by three areas throughwhich while considering the employment , the developement potential and distance , the land use determining rate was found out.

Abstract
With the rapid growth of population and urbanization since the last century, the complexity and understanding of the spatial organization of the city, as well as the ability to predict urban events in its spaces, have become difficult and in some cases impossible. Karaj metropolis is one of the major metropolitan areas of Iran that has been experiencing rapid population growth and this has led to complexity of space and consequently to complexity of organization recognition and analysis and its spatial structure and impact of livelihood components. It has become a spatial system. The main purpose of the present study is to identify the role and impact of Karaj's spatial organization on its nuclear viability. The research method is quantitative and descriptive-exploratory. The study area was Karaj metropolis and its main nuclei. The statistical population of this study is citizens living in the sub-nucleus of Karaj. The sample size was 378persons. The data used in this study were collected through library and field research. Data were analyzed using spatial statistics, spatial arrangement, and T-test and Friedman test. The results show that the Karaj metropolitan organization and spatial structure are interconnected and connected to some of the major routes, forming sub-nuclei away from the core and thus transferring the functional and service applications from the center to be the peripheral nucleus. This has affected the viability of the core. Decrease in biodiversity has occurred in different physical, social, economic and environmental dimensions that have affected the environmental and economic aspects less than the other two dimensions, so it can be concluded that the Karaj Spatial Organization has an impact on its viability.
