چکیده:   (2970 مشاهده)
هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی تأثیر توهمات بینایی و دستورالعمل کانون توجه بر عملکرد و یادگیری ضربه پات گلف بود. تعداد 48 دانش‌آموز با دامنه سنی (9-7) سال، به صورت هدفمند از جامعه در دسترس و به صورت تصادفی به چهار گروه (توهم بینایی بزرگ دستورالعمل توجه بیرونی، توهم بینایی بزرگ دستورالعمل توجه درونی، توهم بینایی کوچک دستورالعمل توجه بیرونی، توهم بینایی کوچک دستورالعمل توجه درونی) اختصاص یافتند. پژوهش حاضر، در پنج مرحله مختلف پیش‌آزمون، اکتساب، یادداری، انتقال و تکلیف ثانویه انجام شد. در تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس مرکب و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی استفاده شد. یافته‎ها نشان داد که در تمامی مراحل به ویژه تکلیف ثانویه دو گروه توجه‌ بیرونی با هدف ادراک‌شده بزرگ و کوچک، عملکرد بهتری نسبت به سایر گروه‌ها داشتند. این یافته‌ها اهمیت توجه بیرونی و اثر مضاعف و افزایشی آن با توهمات بینایی را نشان داد که ممکن است بستری در جهت مکانیزم‌های یادگیری ضمنی باشد لذا توصیه می‌شود مربیان تربیت‌بدنی از متغیرهای روان‌شناختی (توجه بیرونی و توهمات بینایی) در آموزش مهارت میدانی پات گلف استفاده کنند.
