چکیده: (846 مشاهده)
هدف: آموزشهای فنی و حرفهای بهعنوان یکی از ارکان بنیادین توسعه انسانی و اقتصادی، نقشی تعیینکننده در افزایش مهارت، اشتغالپذیری و بهبود بهرهوری نیروی کار دارد. این نوع آموزشها، بهویژه در نواحی روستایی، میتواند بستر مناسبی برای ارتقای مهارتهای کاربردی و کارآفرینانه فراهم سازد و به شکلگیری سرمایه انسانی پویا منجر شود. هنگامیکه زنان روستایی از راه آموزشهای فنی و حرفهای توانمند میشوند، نهتنها مهارتهای لازم برای ورود به بازار کار و ایجاد کسبوکارهای خُرد و خانگی را بهدست میآورند، بلکه درک بهتری از ظرفیتهای اقتصادی محیط خود نیز پیدا میکنند. این موقعیت، به افزایش درآمد خانوار، بهبود وضعیت معیشتی و مشارکت فعالتر آنان در توسعه اقتصاد روستایی منجر میشود. بنابراین، پیوند میان آموزشهای فنی و حرفهای، توانمندسازی زنان و شکوفایی اقتصاد روستایی، زمینهساز تحولی پایدار در جهت کاهش فقر، ایجاد اشتغال پایدار و تحقق توسعه متوازن در جوامع روستایی است.
روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، توصیفی- تحلیلی است. داده¬های موردنیاز تحقیق با روشهای اسنادی و پیمایشی جمعآوریشده است. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از تکنیکهای کمّی مانند آزمون تی، روش تصمیمگیری ARAS در GIS استفاده شدهاست.
یافتهها: نتایج بهدستآمده از این پژوهش نشان میدهد که آموزشهای فنی و حرفهای بهطورکلی تأثیر مثبتی بر زندگی زنان روستایی در هر چهار شاخص درآمد، مصرف، پسانداز و تولید داشته، اما میزان این تأثیر در دهستانهای مختلف شهرستان متفاوت بودهاست. دهستان رودتلخ بیشترین تأثیر مثبت را در هر چهار شاخص تجربه کرده، درحالیکه دهستان بهمئی گرمسیری شمالی کمترین تأثیر را از این آموزشها داشتهاست.
نتیجهگیری: این یافتهها بر اهمیت توزیع عادلانه و متناسب آموزشهای فنی و حرفهای در سطح شهرستان و لزوم تطبیق محتوای این آموزشها با نیازهای خاص هر ناحیه تأکید میکند.
